Claims (8)
- 圧力発生システムと;
前記圧力発生システムに動作的に結合された患者回路と;
前記圧力発生システムに動作的に結合されたコントローラとを有する圧力支援システムであって、前記コントローラは:(i)前記患者回路を通じて患者に呼吸ガスの第一の流れを送達するよう前記圧力発生システムを制御し、ここで、呼吸ガスの第一の流れは第一の陽圧レベルおよび第二の陽圧レベルを有し、前記第一および第二の陽圧レベルは、呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れにおける複数の第一サイクルにおいて互いに交互し、呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れは、所定の無呼吸周期とは異なる第一の周期をもち、(ii)患者が無呼吸エピソードを経験しているかどうかを判別し、(iii)無呼吸エピソードがない場合には呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れの前記送達に進み、それ以外の場合には、患者が無呼吸エピソードを経験していると判別するのに応答して、患者に呼吸ガスの第二の流れを送達するよう前記圧力発生システムを制御し、ここで、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れは、呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れにおけるのと同じ、もとの気道圧開放換気(APRV)レベルに維持されている前記第一の陽圧レベルおよび前記第二の陽圧レベルをもち、前記第一および第二の陽圧レベルは、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れにおける複数の第二サイクルにおいて互いに交互し、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れは、前記所定の無呼吸周期に等しい第二の周期をもつ、
圧力支援システム。 - 呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れにおいて、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは第一の継続時間をもち、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは第二の継続時間をもち、前記第一の継続時間は前記第二の継続時間より長く、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れにおいて、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは前記第一の継続時間より短い第三の継続時間をもち、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは前記第二の継続時間をもつ、請求項1記載の圧力支援システム。
- 呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れにおいて、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは第一の継続時間をもち、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは第二の継続時間をもち、前記第一の継続時間は前記第二の継続時間より長く、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れにおいて、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは前記第一の継続時間より短い第三の継続時間をもち、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは前記第二の継続時間より短い第四の継続時間をもつ、請求項1記載の圧力支援システム。
- 前記第三の継続時間が前記第四の継続時間以上である、請求項3記載の圧力支援システム。
- 前記第三の継続時間および前記第四の継続時間は、まず前記第一の継続時間を前記第二の継続時間に等しくなるよう短縮し、次いで前記第一の継続時間および前記第二の継続時間を所定の比率を保って短縮することによって決定される、請求項3記載の圧力支援システム。
- 前記第三の継続時間および前記第四の継続時間が、前記第一の継続時間および前記第二の継続時間を、所定の比率を保って短縮することによって決定される、請求項3記載の圧力支援システム。
- 前記所定の比率が(i)1:1であるまたは(ii)前記第一の継続時間対前記第二の継続時間の比である、請求項5または6記載の圧力支援システム。
- 呼吸ガスの前記第一の流れにおいて、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは第一の継続時間をもち、前記第一サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは第二の継続時間をもち、前記第一の継続時間は前記第二の継続時間より長く、呼吸ガスの前記第二の流れにおいて、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第一の陽圧レベルは第三の継続時間をもち、前記第二サイクルの各サイクルにおける前記第二の陽圧レベルは第四の継続時間をもち、前記第三の継続時間は前記第四の継続時間より長い、請求項3記載の圧力支援システム。
