(1)上記熱可塑性組成物を製造する段階、
(2)上記組成物から物品を成形する成形段階。

反応器中に8500gの水と、5.23gのNa2CO3と、78.20gのラウリル硫酸ナトリウムとを撹拌下に導入し、混合物を完全溶解まで撹拌した。

この実施例は実施例3と比較例3で調製したコポリマーのポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)樹脂での加工性を示す実施例である。
各コポリマーをPVC樹脂(ケベエルト(Kwert)57)と、約5phrの「ワンパック」タイプのナフトセーフ(Naftosafe、登録商標)30175(共安定化したカルシウムと亜鉛とをベースにした熱安定剤と滑剤とを含む。Chemson社から入手可能)と、約5phrの炭酸カルシウム(1phrはPVC樹脂100部当たり1部の添加剤に対応)と、約2phrの酸化チタンと、約0.5phrの発泡剤(例えばアゾジカルボンアミド)とを含む配合物中に導入した。
この実施例は、実施例2と比較例2で調製したコポリマーのポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)樹脂での加工性を示す実施例である。
Claims (19)
- 下記(1)と(2)を含む熱可塑性組成物:
(1)少なくとも一種の熱可塑性マトリックス、
(2)C1−C4アルキルメタクリレートと、C1−C8アルキルアクリレートコモノマーと、スチレンモノマーとの共重合で得られる、重量分子量M w が200万〜1000万である少なくとも一種のコポリマー(ただし、C1−C4アルキルメタクリレートはモノマーの全重量に対して75〜92重量%の割合で存在し、C1−C8アルキルアクリレートコモノマーはモノマーの全重量に対して5〜25重量%の割合で存在し、スチレンモノマーはモノマーの全重量に対して3〜20重量%の割合で存在する) - 熱可塑性マトリックスがポリ塩化ビニル、ABS、ASA、ポリカルボネート−ポリエステル、ポリカルボネート−ABS、ポリカルボネート−ASAまたはこれらのポリマーの2種以上の混合物をベースにしたマトリックスである請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 熱可塑性マトリックスがポリ塩化ビニルをベースにしたマトリックスである請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 発泡した形をした請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- C1−C4アルキルメタクリレートモノマーがメチルメタクリレートである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- C1−C8アルキルアクリレートコモノマーがエチルアクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレートおよび2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートの中から選択される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- C1−C8アルキルアクリレートコモノマーがn−ブチルアクリレートである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- C1−C8アルキルアクリレートコモノマーがモノマーの全重量に対して10〜20重量%の割合で存在する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- スチレンモノマーがスチレン、エチルスチレンおよびα−メチルスチレンの中から選択される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- スチレンモノマーがモノマーの全重量に対して4〜12重量%の割合で存在する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 上記コポリマーがメチルメタクリレートと、n−ブチルアクリレートと、スチレンとの重合で得られるコポリマーである請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- メチルメタクリレート/n−ブチルアクリレート/スチレンの比が80〜90/7〜20/3〜10である請求項11に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 上記コポリマーが組成物の全重量に対して0.3〜20重量%である請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 上記コポリマーが組成物の全重量に対して4〜15重量%である請求項13に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 上記コポリマーが組成物の全重量に対して5〜12重量%である請求項14に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 下記の段階(1)と(2)とを有する物品の製造方法:
(1)請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物を作る段階、
(2)上記組成物から物品を成形する成形段階。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物から成形された物品。
- 中実または発泡したプロフィル(異形断面材)、中実または発泡したシートまたは中実または発泡したチューブである請求項17に記載のまたは請求項16に記載の方法で得られた物品。
- 発泡体である請求項18に記載の物品。
