Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for clothing.
Wool / Drymark clothing detergents, so-called light detergents, are used in knitted products, mainly wool sweaters. In recent years, it has come to be widely used in fashionable clothes such as synthetic fiber and cotton cut-and-sew and pants, as well as underwear such as bras and shorts.
What is regarded as important as a light detergent is the touch and flexibility at the time of wearing, but it also requires a high cleaning performance against sebum dirt. However, clothes such as wool are not easily wetted with water and do not have good penetrability into the interior of fabrics and the like, and therefore tend to have insufficient detergency. Furthermore, touch and flexibility and high detergency are contradictory functions, and it is one of the challenges of light detergents to achieve both.
As described in the above-mentioned patent document, it is known that the texture of clothing can be improved by using an amine or a cationic compound in combination with silicone. However, the use of an amine reduces the performance of preventing recontamination of dirt. However, amine is a necessary component for improving the texture, and a technique capable of improving the recontamination preventing performance in a system excellent in the texture improving effect in which the amine is blended is desired.
The subject of this invention is providing the detergent composition for clothing which has the outstanding texture improvement effect with respect to clothing, and is high in the recontamination prevention performance of inorganic stains, such as carbon.
The essence of the present invention is that, together with silicone, an amine compound that has an effect of promoting the adsorption of silicone to the fabric is used in combination with the silicone, while preventing the deterioration of the recontamination prevention performance due to the compounding of the amine compound. Moreover, in the liquid cleaning composition for clothes of this invention, the mass ratio of (b-1) component and (b-2) component with respect to (b-1) component from a viewpoint of washing | cleaning performance and recontamination prevention performance. The component (b-2) is 2.5 to 7.0, preferably 2.5 to 6.8, and more preferably 2.6 to 6.8. In addition, the content of the component (b-1) is 2.5% by mass or more, preferably 2.8% by mass or more, more preferably 3.0% by mass or more in the composition from the viewpoint of re-contamination prevention performance. It is. Moreover, content of (b-2) component is 10.0 mass% or more in a composition from a viewpoint of detergency, Preferably it is 11.0 mass% or more, More preferably, it is 12.0 mass% or more. . Among the components (b), the component (b-1) is a relatively low HLB nonionic surfactant and improves the wetting performance of the wool. Therefore, the components (b-1) and (b-2) are predetermined. By using the mass ratio within the range, the balance between the anti-contamination performance and the cleaning power is suitable.
The garment cleaning composition of the present invention preferably contains 12.5 to 80% by mass, further 13.8 to 75% by mass, and further 15 to 70% by mass of the component (b). From the point of detergency, it is above the lower limit, and from the point of liquid stability, it is below the upper limit.
Moreover, the detergent composition for clothing of the present invention contains (c) component in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by mass, further 0.1 to 3% by mass, and further 0.1 to 2% by mass. From the viewpoint of improvement, it is preferable.
The component (c) exhibits the effect of improving the texture only with the component (c), but particularly when used in combination with the component (a), the adsorption rate of the component (c) to the fabric is improved, and the effect of further improving the texture is achieved. Can be expected. However, since the component (a) may reduce the recontamination prevention performance, the balance is important in blending the cleaning composition. In the garment cleaning composition of the present invention, the mass ratio of the component (a) to the component (c) is such that the component (a) is less than 1 and further 0.05 to 0.9 with respect to the component (c). More preferably, it is preferably 0.1 to 0.8 from the viewpoint of the balance between the texture and the anti-recontamination performance.
As described above, the component (a) has an effect of improving the texture by itself, but further has an effect of promoting the adsorption of the component (c) on the cloth, and exhibits a further effect of improving the texture. In order not to inhibit the effect, the content of the anionic surfactant is less than 1 in terms of mass ratio with respect to the component (a), more preferably 0.5 or less, and substantially no inclusion. However, it is preferable from the viewpoint of the texture improvement effect.

-Cleaning performance evaluation 1.333g of liquid cleaning composition of Tables 1-4 was weighed in 1 liter of aqueous solution (4 degree DH), 1000 ml of solution was prepared, and the test was done with the targotometer. The experimental condition is a washing time of 10 minutes. The detergent concentration is 1.333 g / 1 L, the water hardness is 4 ° DH, the water temperature is 20 ° C., and the rinsing is performed by rinsing with running water at 20 ° C. for 5 minutes. The reflectance of the artificial soil cloth after washing was measured (λ = 550 μm), the washing rate was calculated by the following formula, and evaluated according to the following criteria. At this time, out of the nine artificial dirt cloths, two samples with high cleaning rate and two samples with low cleaning rate were excluded, and the average value of the remaining five sheets was evaluated.
Washing rate (%) = (reflectance after washing−reflectance before washing) / (reflectance of raw fabric−reflectivity before washing) × 100

<Recontamination prevention>
A white cotton cloth (gold cloth 2003 cloth) or a wool white cloth (wool muslin) was cut into 10 cm × 10 cm to form a set of five sheets. Carbon black was added to 1 liter of an aqueous solution of the liquid detergent composition shown in Tables 1 to 4, and the test was conducted with a talometer. This was repeated three times for cumulative washing, and the result of the recontamination prevention rate was measured. The anti-recontamination ability was determined by measuring the reflectance at 460 nm of the raw cloth (white cloth) before washing and the contaminated cloth after the test with a self-recording colorimeter (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation), and obtaining the re-contamination prevention ratio by the following formula.
Recontamination prevention rate (%) = (reflectance after test / reflectance of base fabric) × 100
