Description
図1は、内視鏡システムを示した全体構成図である。図1に示す内視鏡システム2は、内視鏡装置(内視鏡)10、プロセッサ装置11、光源装置12、送気・送水装置13等から構成されている。送気・送水装置13は、光源装置12に内蔵された送気ポンプ13aと光源装置12の外部に設けられた洗浄水タンク13bとを示す。
Claims (11)
- 体腔内に挿入されるプローブが進退自在に挿通される管路の管路出口を先端面に有する内視鏡挿入部の先端部に着脱自在に装着される内視鏡用フードであって、
前記内視鏡挿入部の先端部の側面に嵌合する嵌合孔を有する装着部と、
前記装着部から前方に突出するように一体的に形成された筒状部材からなり、前記装着部と反対側の位置に形成されたフード先端面と、該フード先端面に対して斜めに交差するとともに前記筒状部材の軸線方向に対して斜めに切り欠かれた傾斜面と、を有するフード部と、
前記傾斜面に設けられ、前記管路出口から導出された前記プローブを挿通可能な挿通孔と、
前記挿通孔と前記フード先端面との間に設けられた前記傾斜面の一部であって、前記挿通孔を挿通した前記プローブを測定部位に押圧する押圧面と、
を有する内視鏡用フード。 - 前記フード先端面に開口が形成された請求項1の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記内視鏡用フードは、オーバーチューブの先端部に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1、又は、2の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記オーバーチューブは、バルーンを備えたことを特徴とする請求項3の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記フード部は、光学的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、又は、4の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記挿通孔は、前記傾斜面において前記管路の中心軸と交差する位置の近傍に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、又は、5の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記挿通孔は、前記傾斜面において前記管路の中心軸と交差する位置よりも基端側に形成されると共に、前記挿通孔の先端側において前記中心軸と交差する位置に前記プローブを前記挿通孔に導くガイド部材が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、又は、5の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記挿通孔は、孔の幅を先端側に向けて狭める形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記プローブが前記内視鏡挿入部内を挿通する前記管路は、鉗子チャンネルであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記プローブは、弾性変形可能な軟性のプローブであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1の内視鏡用フード。
- 前記プローブは、光断層画像化装置、又は、超音波診断装置におけるデータ取得に使用されるプローブであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1の内視鏡用フード。
