また、前記第1電極と前記振動部材とは互いに押圧されて固定されていることが好ましい。
さらに、前記第1分極用電極部及び前記第2分極用電極部は分極用溝部によって隔離され、且つ前記振動部材が前記第1分極用電極部及び前記第2分極用電極部を導通する配線として接続されることが好ましい。
(実施形態1)
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る圧電モーターの分解斜視図であり、図2は、圧電モーターの平面図であり、図3は、図2のA−A′断面図であり、図4は、圧電アクチュエーターの要部平面図である。
図8は、本発明の実施形態2に係る圧電アクチュエーターの要部平面図である。なお、上述した実施形態1と同様の部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。
以上、本発明の各実施形態について説明したが、本発明の基本的構成は、上述したものに限定されるものではない。例えば、上述した実施形態1及び2では、第2電極60の第1及び第2屈曲振動用電極部62、63が互いに連続するように設けるようにしたが、特にこれに限定されず、例えば、第1屈曲振動用電極部62と第2屈曲振動用電極部63とを不連続となるように設けてもよい。この場合であっても、従来のたすき掛けする接続配線が不要となり、上述した実施形態1と同様の効果を奏することができる。
Claims (9)
- 圧電体層と、該圧電体層を挟んだ両面にそれぞれ設けられた第1電極及び第2電極と、を有する圧電素子と、
該圧電素子の前記第1電極側に固定された振動部材と、を備える圧電アクチュエーターと、
前記振動部材が当接されて回転する回転軸と、を具備する圧電モーターであって、
前記圧電体層が、短手方向中心側に設けられて縦振動を励起する縦振動励起領域と、該縦振動励起領域を挟んで対角となる領域が一対となる2組の屈曲振動を励起する屈曲振動励起領域と、を有し、
前記圧電体層の前記縦振動励起領域と前記屈曲振動励起領域の一方の組と、前記屈曲振動励起領域の他方の組との分極方向が逆転していることを特徴とする圧電モーター。 - 前記第2電極は、2組の前記屈曲振動励起領域に連続して設けられた屈曲振動用電極部と、前記縦振動励起領域に設けられた縦振動用電極部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電モーター。
- 前記屈曲振動用電極部は、前記圧電素子の長手方向端部で連続していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の圧電モーター。
- 前記第1電極には、前記圧電体層の分極方向の異なる領域で隔離された第1分極用電極部及び第2分極用電極部を有し、前記第1電極に固定された前記振動部材は導電性材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の圧電モーター。
- 前記第1電極と前記振動部材とは互いに押圧されて固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の圧電モーター。
- 前記第1分極用電極部及び前記第2分極用電極部は分極用溝部によって隔離され、且つ前記振動部材が前記第1分極用電極部及び前記第2分極用電極部を導通する配線として接続されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の圧電モーター。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の圧電モーターを具備することを特徴とする液体噴射装置。
- 前記圧電モーターが、液体が噴射される被噴射媒体を搬送する給紙手段として用いられることを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体噴射装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の圧電モーターを具備することを特徴とする時計。
