Claims (20)
- 照明モジュールであって、
少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子が設置された取付板と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を取り囲むようにして前記取付板に結合された、波長変換材料領域を有する少なくとも1つの側壁部と、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁部に結合された反射性頂壁部と、
前記取付板、前記少なくとも1つの側壁部及び前記反射性頂壁部により画定され、その内部に前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を収容し、かつ前記少なくとも1つの側壁部を介して光を放射するように構成されたキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内に配置された反射性要素とを含み、
前記反射性要素及び前記少なくとも1つの側壁部の少なくとも一方を他方に対して移動させ、前記反射性要素を、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げる位置に移動させるか、または前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げない位置に移動させることができるように構成した照明モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁部が長方形断面を有する複数の側壁を含み、前記複数の側壁のうちの窓をなす側壁を介して前記キャビティ内から光が放射されるように構成したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記複数の側壁のうちの反射体をなす側壁の表面に各々配された複数の波長変換材料領域と、
前記複数の波長変換材料領域に対応する複数の反射性要素とをさらに含み、
前記複数の反射性要素を前記複数の波長変換材料領域に対して移動させ、前記複数の反射性要素を、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記複数の波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げる位置に移動させるか、または前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記複数の波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げない位置に移動させることができるように構成したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の照明モジュールであって、

前記複数の反射性要素が、前記複数の波長変換材料領域に対して直線的に移動するように構成したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記複数の波長変換材料領域の少なくとも1つが蛍光体材料を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記窓が少なくとも1つの波長変換材料を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 照明モジュールであって、
少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子が設置された取付板と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を取り囲むようにして前記取付板に結合された、半透明窓の側壁を含む複数の側壁と、
前記複数の側壁に結合された反射性頂壁部と、
前記取付板、前記複数の側壁及び前記反射性頂壁部により画定され、その内部に前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を収容し、かつ前記半透明窓を介して光を放射するように構成されたキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内に配された複数の波長変換材料領域と、
前記キャビティ内に配置された複数の移動可能な反射性要素とを含み、
前記複数の移動可能な反射性要素を、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記複数の波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げる位置に移動させるか、または前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記複数の波長変換材料領域に入射するのを妨げない位置に移動させることができるように構成したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記キャビティ内に配された前記複数の波長変換材料領域の一部を前記反射性頂壁部の表面に配し、前記複数の波長変換材料領域の他の部分を前記複数の側壁のうちの1つの側壁の表面に配したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記複数の反射性要素が、前記複数の波長変換材料領域に対して直線的に移動するように構成したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記複数の波長変換材料領域の少なくとも1つが蛍光体材料を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記複数の波長変換材料領域が、黄色蛍光体材料、緑色蛍光体材料及び赤色蛍光体材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記半透明窓が少なくとも1つの波長変換材料を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 照明モジュールであって、
少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子が設置された取付板と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を取り囲むようにして前記取付板に結合された、第1の波長変換材料からなる第1の領域群及び第2の波長変換材料からなる第2の領域群を含む少なくとも2つの領域群を有する少なくとも1つの側壁部と、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁部に取り付けられた半透明頂壁部と、
前記取付板、前記少なくとも1つの側壁部及び前記半透明頂壁部により画定され、その内部に前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を収容し、かつ前記半透明頂壁部を介して光を放射するように構成された空洞部と、
前記空洞部内に配置された反射性要素とを含み、
前記反射性要素及び前記少なくとも1つの側壁の少なくとも一方を他方に対して移動させ、前記反射性要素を、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの実質的に全ての光が前記第1の波長変換材料からなる前記第1の領域群に入射するのを妨げる第1の位置に移動させるか、または、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から放射された実質的に全ての光が前記第2の波長変換材料からなる前記第2の領域群に入射するのを妨げる第2の位置に位置させることができるように構成し、
前記反射性要素を前記第1の位置に位置させた場合は、相関色温度が約4000ケルビンの光が放射され、
前記反射性要素を前記第2の位置に位置させた場合は、相関色温度が約2700ケルビンの光が放射されるようにした照明モジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の照明モジュールであって、
当該照明モジュールから放射される光の色を、前記反射性要素と前記少なくとも1つの側壁との相対位置に基づいて表示する目印を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記反射性要素が、底部反射体と複数の側部反射体とを含み、
前記複数の側部反射体が、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子からの光が前記少なくとも1つの側壁に入射するのを妨げることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項16に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記反射性要素を拡散反射性コーティングで被覆したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項16に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記反射性要素を波長変換材料で被覆したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記2つの領域群の前記第1の領域群及び前記第2の領域群を交互に配したことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記半透明頂壁部が少なくとも1つの半透明材料を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。
