Claims (12)

前記医療用撮像システムに接続される複数のMPS送信器、前記患者の身体に接続される基準センサ、およびガイドワイヤの先端に接続されるMPSセンサを含み、前記管状器官に沿った複数の位置で、前記管状器官に挿入されるガイドワイヤ先端の位置および配向を決定するための医療用位置決めシステム(MPS)と、

前記医療用撮像システムに接続される複数のMPS送信器、前記患者の身体に接続される基準センサ、およびガイドワイヤの先端に接続されるMPSセンサを含み、前記管状器官に沿った複数の位置で、前記管状器官に挿入されるガイドワイヤ先端の位置および配向を決定するための医療用位置決めシステム(MPS)と、
前記医療用撮像システム、前記器官タイミング信号検知器、および前記医療用位置決めシステム(MPS)に接続される閉塞ナビゲーションプロセッサであって、
前記第1の第1注入画像と前記第1の第2注入画像とを組み合わせることによって、前記第1の透視画について第1の重ねられた2D画像を生成し、また、前記第2の第1注入画像と前記第2の第2注入画像とを組み合わせることによって、前記第2の透視画について第2の重ねられた2D画像を生成し、前記第1および第2の重ねられた2D画像のそれぞれが、前記近位部分および前記遠位部分のそれぞれの表示を含み、
さらに、前記第1および第2の重ねられた2D画像中の前記近位部分および前記遠位部分の各境界領域を決定し、
前記第1および第2の重ねられた2D画像のそれぞれの前記近位部分および前記遠位部分の前記境界領域の間を補間することによって、前記第1および第2の重ねられた2D画像のそれぞれについて前記閉塞部分の各境界領域を決定し、
前記第1および第2の重ねられた2D画像と前記決定された境界領域とから、前記管状器官の3Dモデルを生成し、
前記近位部分、前記閉塞部分および前記遠位部分を通って進み、少なくとも前記管状器官の前記閉塞部分内に、安全軌道を画定する前記管状器官の3D中央線を、前記閉塞部分の境界領域に従って決定する、前記閉塞ナビゲーションプロセッサと、
を備える前記システム。 - 前記3D中央線と、前記MPSセンサの位置および配向の視覚的表示を提供するために前記閉塞ナビゲーションプロセッサに接続されるディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記重ねられた2D画像の各々が、器官タイミング信号の同一タイミング地点で取得された前記管状器官の各2D画像に基づいている、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記閉塞部分の前記決定された境界領域が補間された推定値であり、さらに使用者が補完された境界領域を手動で再形成できるように構成された、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイが、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の境界領域の表示とは異なる表示を有する前記閉塞部分の境界領域を表示するように構成された、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記閉塞部分の表示が、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の境界領域に用いられる色とは異なる色および前記近位部分と前記遠位部分の境界領域に用いられる線のタイプとは異なる線のタイプからなるグループから選択された表示である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記器官タイミング信号が、心臓サイクルおよび呼吸による前記管状器官の周期的動きを示す、請求項6に記載のシステム。
