Claims (6)
- 剥離フィルムを含む積層フィルムから、前記剥離フィルムを剥離するナイフエッジにおいて、
搬送される前記積層フィルムと向かい合う第1面と、
前記第1面に繋がる先端部とを備え、
前記先端部には、回転自在なローラ部が組み込まれていると共に、前記ローラ部は前記第1面から突出しているナイフエッジ。 - 前記先端部に繋がる第2面を有し、前記ローラ部が前記第2面から突出している請求項1に記載のナイフエッジ。
- 前記ローラ部が、互いに離間した少なくとも2つのローラによって構成されている請求項1または2に記載のナイフエッジ。
- 前記ローラ部が、互いに離間した3つ以上のローラによって構成されている請求項3に記載のナイフエッジ。
- 液晶パネルに偏光フィルムを貼合する液晶表示装置の製造システムにおいて、
液晶パネルを搬送する液晶パネル搬送部と、液晶パネルの搬送方向へ剥離フィルムを備えた積層フィルムを巻き出す巻出部とを含む貼合機構を備え、
上記貼合機構は、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のナイフエッジを含む液晶表示装置の製造システム。 - 液晶パネルに偏光フィルムを貼合する液晶表示装置の製造システムにおいて、
液晶パネルを搬送する液晶パネル搬送部と、液晶パネルの搬送方向へ剥離フィルムを備えた積層フィルムを巻き出す巻出部と、前記積層フィルムを巻き掛けて前記積層フィルムから前記剥離フィルムを剥離する回転自在なローラ部と、前記ローラ部で前記積層フィルムから剥離された前記剥離フィルムを巻き取る巻取部と、を有する液晶表示装置の製造システム。
