Description
Claims (11)
- 中核体温測定装置であって、
前記中核体温に近似する表面温度を有する表面又はその近傍に動作可能に結合される少なくとも1つの電子温度センサと、
前記少なくとも1つの電子温度センサから入力温度読取値を取得しそれに基づいて中核体温を得るよう構成され、前記入力温度読取値と前記中核体温との温度差を考慮するよう前記入力温度読取値を増加させる温度補正器を含む読出コントローラと、
を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの電子温度センサは、絶縁材料により分離される2つの導電体ボディを含み、
前記温度補正器は、前記絶縁材料により分離される前記2つの導電体ボディの相互キャパシタンスを測定するよう構成された容量計であって、前記相互キャパシタンス及び前記少なくとも1つの電子温度センサにより得られる1つ又は複数の温度読取値から当該温度差が得られるようにした容量計を有する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の中核体温測定装置であって、前記温度補正器は、前記測定された相互キャパシタンスに基づいて熱フラックスを判定する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の中核体温測定装置であって、前記少なくとも1つの電子温度センサは、眼と眼の間の脳トンネル又はその近傍に動作可能に結合される、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の中核体温測定装置であって、
血液酸素化測定値を取得するよう構成された血液酸素センサであって、その光源が、前記温度補正器が前記入力温度読取値の増加を導き出す元となる可変加熱を発生するために付加的に用いられるようにしたセンサをさらに有する装置。 - 中核体温測定方法であって、
前記中核体温に近似する表面温度を有する表面及びその近傍の複数の温度読取値を取得し、
前記取得された温度読取値から最高有用温度読取値を発生し、
当該最高有用温度に基づいて中核体温を出力する、
方法であって、
(i)当該取得された複数の温度読取値及び(ii)当該発生された最高有用温度読取値からなるグループから選択された1つ又は複数の入力温度を、当該中核部と前記表面との間の温度低下に関して補正して、前記中核体温を発生することをさらに有し、
前記補正は、
前記表面又はその近傍において熱的接触の状態で、相隔たる導電性ボディを含む温度センサに1つの導電性ボディを設けること、
前記相隔たる導電性ボディの相互キャパシタンスを測定すること、及び
前記相互キャパシタンスに基づいて前記導電性ボディの間の熱フラックスを推定すること、
を有する、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記中核体温に近似する表面温度を有する当該表面は、眼と眼の間の脳トンネルである、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記中核体温に近似する表面温度を有する当該表面は、口の内部の舌下ポケットである、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記最高有用温度読取値の発生は、
補間値を発生するよう前記複数の温度読取値を空間的に補間すること、及び
前記取得された温度読取値のうちの最高有用温度読取値を前記補間値のピークとして検出すること、
を有する、
方法。 - 請求項5に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記最高有用温度読取値の発生は、
当該最高有用温度読取値を当該取得された複数の温度読取値のうちの最高のものとして選択すること
を有する、
方法。 - 請求項5に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記補正は、
前記温度センサを可変に加熱すること、
複数の異なる加熱レベルで前記導電性ボディに対する温度及び温度導関数を取得すること、及び
前記複数の異なる加熱レベルにおける当該取得された温度及び温度導関数から前記中核体温を導き出すこと、
を有する、
方法。 - 請求項10に記載の中核体温測定方法であって、前記可変に加熱することは、
可変加熱をなすように異なるパワーレベルで血液酸素センサの光源を動作させることを有する、
方法。
