にされるので、前記第1の溝部67aにおいて、二つのペレット19が溝67(図5)の深さ方向(径方向)に重なることがほとんどなくなる。したがって、各ペレット19は、凝集することなく、横に並んで第1の溝部67aに沿って実線矢印方向に前進させられる。また、前記射出装置31(図4)においては、スクリュー20を回転させたときに、溶融した樹脂が前進するように、加熱シリンダ17の内周面の摩擦係数がスクリュー20の外周面の摩擦係数より大きく設定されている。したがって、前記各ペレット19は、スクリュー20の回転に伴って、加熱シリンダ17の内周面との摩擦によって転がり(回転し)ながら第1の溝部67a内を前進させられる。
7に示されるように、樹脂が完全に溶融するまでの溝67の展開距離L2を短くすることができる。
したがって、スクリュー20が破損するのを防止することができ、射出装置31の耐久性を向上させることができる。

Claims (10)
- シリンダ部材内で回転自在に配設され、後端が駆動装置に連結されたスクリューにおいて、
(a)本体部分、及び該本体部分の外周面に突出させて形成されたフライトを備えたフライト形成部と、
(b)該フライト形成部より前方に配設され、平坦な外周面を備える圧力部材とを有するとともに、
(c)前記フライト形成部の所定の区間において、前記フライトは複数のフライト部によって形成され、
(d)成形材料供給点から前方にかけて設定された溝深さ設定領域において、成形材料の径をδ1とし、前記フライトに沿って形成された溝の溝深さをτ1としたとき、径δ1に対する溝深さτ1の比γ1は、
1≦γ1≦2.5
にされることを特徴とするスクリュー。 - 前記所定の区間はフライト形成部の供給部に設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記所定の区間はフライト形成部の計量部に設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記所定の区間はフライト形成部の軸方向における全体にわたって設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記溝深さ設定領域は成形材料供給点から供給部の前端までの区間に設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記溝深さ設定領域は成形材料供給点からスクリューストロークの長さだけ前方に延びる区間に設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記溝深さ設定領域はフライト形成部の軸方向における全体にわたって設定される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記各フライト部は等フライトピッチで形成される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記各フライト部は任意の軸方向の位置において等しい高さに形成される請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のスクリューが搭載された射出装置。
