Description
Claims (6)
- 三次元(3D)環境内で歯の少なくとも一部のデジタル表現をレンダリングするステップと、
前記歯の所望の動きを示す入力を受信するステップと、
前記入力に直接応じて3D環境内で前記歯を動かす代わりに、前記入力に応じて仮想器具のための新しい器具の位置を計算するステップと、
前記仮想器具の新しい器具の位置に基づき、前記歯のための新しい歯の位置を計算するステップと、
前記3D環境内での前記新しい位置で、前記歯のデジタル表現をレンダリングするステップと、を含む、コンピュータで実施する方法。 - 前記入力が、前記3D環境内の第1の動きを規定し、
前記方法が、前記第1の動きに基づいて前記3D環境内で第2の動きを計算するステップを更に含み、
前記第2の動きが、規模において前記第1の動きと実質的に等しく、かつ実質的に反対方向であり、
前記入力に応じて前記仮想器具のための前記新しい器具の位置を計算するステップが、前記第2の動きに基づき、前記新しい器具の位置を計算するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記歯の前記所望の動きを示す入力を受信するステップが、ユーザインターフェースを介し、ユーザから前記歯の所望の動きを示す入力を受信するステップを含み、
前記ユーザが、前記歯をクリック及びドラッグすることにより前記ユーザインターフェースと相互に作用し、これにより前記ユーザは、前記仮想器具を実質的にはクリック及びドラッグすることとなる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - コンピューティングデバイスと、
前記コンピューティングデバイス上で実行するモデリングソフトウェアであって、
三次元(3D)環境内で歯の少なくとも一部のデジタル表現をレンダリングするレンダリングエンジンと、
前記歯の所望の動きを示すユーザ入力を受信するユーザインターフェースと、
前記入力に基づき、歯科矯正器具の位置を自動的に計算するための歯科矯正器具制御モジュールと、
前記歯科矯正器具の位置に従い、前記3D環境内での前記歯の新しい歯の位置を計算するための歯制御モジュールと、を含むモデリングソフトウェアと、を含むシステム。 - 前記歯科矯正器具制御モジュールが、前記歯の所望の動きを示す前記入力を、前記歯よりもむしろ前記歯科矯正器具に適用することにより、歯科矯正器具の位置を自動的に計算する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- プログラム可能なプロセッサに、
三次元(3D)環境内で歯の少なくとも一部のデジタル表現をレンダリングし、
前記3D環境内で仮想歯科矯正器具を透明又は半透明オブジェクトとしてレンダリングし、
前記歯の所望の動きを示す入力を受信し、
前記入力に応じて前記仮想歯科矯正器具の新しい位置を計算し、
前記仮想歯科矯正器具の前記新しい位置に基づき、前記3D環境内での前記歯の新しい位置を計算させるための指示を含む、コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
