前記可溶化槽で可溶化された廃棄物からメタンガスを得るメタン発酵設備と、
前記グリーストラップ内に貯留される厨房排水の表層から油脂分を含む処理液を捕集する捕集手段を備え、
前記捕集手段で捕集された前記処理液を、前記ディスポーザーの破砕室に供給し、前記破砕室で前記処理液と粉砕厨芥を十分に混合させ、1本のスラリー管で前記可溶化槽に送る
