Claims (16)
- サンプル入口および出口の間において流路を画定する長手方向軸に沿って延びるスペーサであって、シリコンからなり、前記流路における閉じ込め電極を画定するスペーサと、
前記流路に配置され、間隔を空けた1対のフィルタ電極を有するイオン・フィルタと、
前記イオン・フィルタ電極の両端に非対称の周期的電圧を印加して制御電界を生成する電子コントローラであって、前記フィルタを介して前記長手方向軸に沿って前記出口に向かって進行するイオンの流路を、この制御電界が制御する電子コントローラと、
前記イオン・フィルタの下流に、前記閉じ込め電極の制御のもと、前記フィルタから進行するイオンを検出する検出器とを備えた非対称電界イオン移動度システム。 - 請求項1において、前記流路を囲む装置ハウジングを形成するように、前記スペーサは前記フィルタ電極と連携する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、前記出口がさらに検出領域を備え、前記スペーサが前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる流路拡張を画定して前記入口を前記検出領域に接続し、前記フィルタによって通過させられたイオンが検出用の前記検出領域に進行する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項3において、前記検出領域が少なくとも1対の検出器電極を有し、
さらに、前記イオン・フィルタを前記検出器から分離する分離部を備え、この分離部が前記電界を前記検出器電極から分離する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。 - 請求項1において、前記スペーサがさらに長手方向拡張を確定し、前記流路が前記長手方向拡張の間で延びて前記スペーサの長手方向軸に沿って延びる非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、さらに、1対の基板を備え、この基板は前記入口および前記出口の間で前記流路を画定する前記スペーサと連携し、前記基板はさらに前記流路を挟んで対向する前記フィルタ電極を画定する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項6において、前記入口および前記出口の間において電気的に絶縁された流路部分を確定する絶縁表面を前記基板が有する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、前記流路においてイオンを検出するように、前記検出器は少なくとも1対の検出器電極で形成され、前記コントローラはさらに前記検出器電極に信号を加える導線を画定している非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、前記出口が検出器アレイを画定し、前記フィルタによって通過させられたイオン種類の検出用に、前記流路に配置された1対の電極で、前記検出器のそれぞれが形成されている非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、前記イオン・フィルタがフィルタ・アレイを備え、このフィルタ・アレイの各フィルタは前記流路において1対の電極を備えた非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、前記流路が平面状である非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記入口にイオン源を備え、前記フィルタを介してイオンを流すように、ポンプが前記流路に連通している非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記流路を加熱して中性化したイオンを除去するヒータを前記流路において備えた非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項13において、前記ヒータが1対の電極を備え、これら電極が少なくとも1つのさらなる機能を有する非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項14において、前記ヒータ電極が前記イオン・フィルタ電極を含む非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
- 請求項1において、発熱させるために、前記フィルタ電極を通して電流を選択的に供給するように前記電子コントローラが構成されている非対称電界イオン移動度システム。
