Description
更に、空間光フィルタは、不透明な平板の一定範囲にアパーチャが設けられていて、このアパーチャに入力された光を選択的に通過させ、或いは、透明な平板の一定範囲の窓部を除く他の領域に不透明膜が形成されていて、この窓部に入力された光を選択的に通過させて、光ビーム断面のうち光軸からの距離が一定範囲である円環領域を選択的に通過させることを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 流れている血液を検査対象物として、その検査対象物に混在する癌細胞を検査する装置であって、
前記検査対象物を流すフローセルと、
前記フローセル中の検査領域にある前記検査対象物から出力された光を入力して、その光の像を第1像面に形成する結像光学系と、
前記結像光学系により前記第1像面に形成された像を光学的に2次元フーリエ変換して、そのフーリエ変換後の像を第2像面に形成する第1フーリエ変換光学系と、
前記第1フーリエ変換光学系により前記第2像面に形成された像のうち、前記第1フーリエ変換光学系の光軸を中心とする一定範囲の部分を選択的に通過させる空間光フィルタと、
前記第1フーリエ変換光学系により前記第2像面に形成された像のうち前記空間光フィルタを通過した部分を光学的に2次元フーリエ変換して、そのフーリエ変換後の像を第3像面に形成する第2フーリエ変換光学系と、
を備え、
前記空間光フィルタは、不透明な平板の一定範囲にアパーチャが設けられていて、このアパーチャに入力された光を選択的に通過させ、或いは、透明な平板の一定範囲の窓部を除く他の領域に不透明膜が形成されていて、この窓部に入力された光を選択的に通過させて、光ビーム断面のうち光軸からの距離が一定範囲である円環領域を選択的に通過させる、
ことを特徴とする血液検査装置。 - 前記第2フーリエ変換光学系により前記第3像面に形成された像の光量を検出する光検出部と、
前記フローセルの検査領域の下流に設けられ、前記フローセルを流れてきた前記検査対象物を第1分岐流路および第2分岐流路の何れかへ選択的に流す流路切替部と、
前記光検出部により検出された光量が閾値より大きいときに前記流路切替部において前記検査対象物を前記第1分岐流路へ流すよう制御し、前記光検出部により検出された光量が前記閾値以下であるときに前記流路切替部において前記検査対象物を前記第2分岐流路へ流すよう制御する制御部と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液検査装置。 - 前記第2フーリエ変換光学系により前記第3像面に形成された像における輝点位置に対応する前記検査領域内の位置にレーザ光を集光照射するレーザ光照射部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液検査装置。
