Abstract
【解決手段】クランク角度センサ1からのクランク角度信号に基づいてエンジン10の逆回転を検出したとき、点火制御装置104によるエンジンへの点火を禁止する点火禁止判定装置102と、点火禁止判定装置102により点火が禁止された後、点火禁止を解除する点火禁止解除判定装置103とを備え、点火禁止解除判定装置103は、エンジン10の逆回転検出後、エンジン10の圧縮上死点前に、エンジン10の正回転信号を所定回数以上検出し、かつ、エンジン回転数が所定回転数以上のとき、点火禁止を解除するようにした。

Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1によるエンジン自動停止再始動装置について、図に基づいて説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるエンジン自動停止再始動装置の構成を示すブロック図である。尚、図1及び後述する各図に於いて、同一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (3)
- 車輌走行中に自動停止条件が成立するとエンジンを自動停止させ、その後、再始動条件が成立すると前記エンジンを再始動させるエンジン自動停止再始動装置であって、
前記エンジンのクランク角度を検出してクランク角度信号を出力するクランク角度センサと、
前記エンジンへ燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置と、
前記エンジンへ点火を行う点火装置と、
前記点火装置を制御する点火制御装置と、
前記クランク角度センサからのクランク角度信号に基づいて前記エンジンの逆回転を検出したとき、前記点火制御装置による前記エンジンへの点火を禁止する点火禁止判定装置と、
前記点火禁止判定装置により点火が禁止された後、点火禁止を解除する点火禁止解除判定装置と、
を備え、
前記点火禁止解除判定装置は、前記エンジンの逆回転検出後、前記エンジンの圧縮上死点前に、前記エンジンの正回転信号を所定回数以上検出し、かつ、エンジン回転数が所定回転数以上のとき、前記点火禁止を解除する、
ことを特徴とするエンジン自動停止再始動装置。 - 車輌走行中に自動停止条件が成立するとエンジンを自動停止させ、その後、再始動条件が成立すると前記エンジンを再始動させるエンジン自動停止再始動装置であって、
前記エンジンのクランク角度を検出してクランク角度信号を出力するクランク角度センサと、
前記エンジンへ燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置と、
前記エンジンへ点火を行う点火装置と、
前記点火装置を制御する点火制御装置と、
前記クランク角度センサからのクランク角度信号に基づいて前記エンジンの逆回転を検出したとき、前記点火制御装置による前記エンジンへの点火を禁止する点火禁止判定装置と、
前記点火禁止判定装置により点火が禁止された後、点火禁止を解除する点火禁止解除判定装置と、
前記エンジンの回転数が所定回転数未満のとき、通電されて前記エンジンを始動させる始動装置と、
を備え、
前記点火禁止解除判定装置は、前記エンジンの圧縮上死点前に、前記エンジンの正回転信号を所定回数以上検出し、かつ、前記始動装置への通電が開始されて所定時間以上経過したことを検出したとき、前記点火禁止判定手段による前記点火禁止を解除することを特徴とするエンジン自動停止再始動装置。 - 前記点火制御装置は、前記点火禁止解除判定装置により前記点火の禁止が解除されているとき、前記エンジンのクランク角度が既に所定の点火角度を過ぎていても所定角度未満のときは、即座に前記点火を実施する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエンジン自動停止再始動装置。
