Claims (9)
- ノズルハウジングと、このノズルハウジング内に設けられ、供給された加工すべき糸条が後部から前部へ貫通する糸条導入孔と前記糸条導入孔に開口しエアーを供給するエアー噴射孔とを有するジエットコアとで構成され、前記糸条導入孔に糸条を供給すると共に前記エアー噴射孔にエアーを供給して前記糸条の長手方向へたるみやループなどを与えるべく前記糸条にテクスチャード加工を施す圧縮流体処理ノズルであって、
前記ジエットコアにおける前記糸条導入孔の内周面、前記内周面に隣接した前記前部の垂直面、前記内周面に隣接した前記後部の垂直面にカーボンを含んだ膜をコーティングしてなり、
前記糸条導入孔は、前記前部から前記後部にかけて分割されずに延伸している
ことを特徴とする圧縮流体処理ノズル。 - 前記カーボンを含んだ膜がダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記カーボンを含んだ膜が中間層を介してダイヤモンドライクカーボン膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記カーボンを含んだ膜がダイヤモンド膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記カーボンを含んだ膜が炭化チタン膜または炭窒化チタン膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記カーボンを含んだ膜の膜厚が0.05〜50.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までの何れかに記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記ノズルハウジングとジエットコアとが一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までの何れかに記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記ジェットコアは、前記エアー噴射孔を円周方向において複数有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までの何れかに記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
- 前記ノズルハウジングは、前記ジェットコアを内蔵した圧縮流体室31を有し、
前記圧縮流体室は、前記エアー噴射孔に連通されており、
前記ノズルハウジングには、前記圧縮流体室に連通した圧縮流体処理用配管の一端が接続されており、
前記圧縮流体処理用配管の他端が、エアー供給源に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までの何れかに記載の圧縮流体処理ノズル。
