Claims (18)
- 締着される対象の周りに配置されるのに適した一対の突起部(20,22;120,122;220,222;320;420,422;520,522)を有するカラー(10;110)を備えており、
前記カラーの直径が減少するように前記一対の突起部と協働してこれら突起部を相対的に移動させるのに適した締結手段(28,29;128,129)をさらに備えており、
各突起部(20,22;120,122;220,222;320;420,422;520,522)が、接続部(20A,22A;120A,122A;220A,222A;320A;420A,422A;520A,522A)と、締結壁(20B,22B;120B,122B;220B,222B;320B;420B,422B;520B,522B)とを有しており、前記突起部が前記接続部を介して前記カラーのベルト部(10A;110A)に接続されており、前記接続部が前記ベルト部に対して直立しており、前記締結手段(28,29;128,129)が前記締結壁と係合しており且つ前記締結壁が前記ベルト部(10A;110A)に向けて折り返されていること、及び、前記突起部を前記ベルト部に接続する前記突起部の前記接続部から離れた前記締結壁に締結力が加えられるように、前記接続部と前記締結壁との間にスペース(21,23;121,221;321;421)が形成されており、
前記接続部(20A, 22A; 120A, 122A; 220A, 222A; 320A; 520A, 522A)が湾曲しており、その凹面は前記締結壁(20B, 22B; 120B, 122B; 220B; 222B; 320B; 520B, 522B)に面しており、
前記接続部(20A, 22A; 220A, 222A; 520A)は、前記接続部の湾曲が局所的に増大した少なくとも1つの突出部(34A, 34B)を基部に有することを特徴とする締着装置。 - 各突起部(20, 22; 120, 122; 220, 222; 320; 420, 422; 520, 522)は、前記締結手段の作用による前記突起部の変形を阻害するのに適した補強手段(30, 32; 130, 132; 230A, 230B, 232A, 330; 420C, 422C; 420D, 422D; 520C, 522C; 520D, 522D)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強手段は、前記接続部(20A, 22A)と前記締結壁(20B, 22B)との間に形成された前記スペース(21, 23)に配置された補強嵌入部材(30, 32; 40)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強嵌入部材(30, 32)は、ウェブ(30A)が前記接続部(20B, 22B)に対向して配置されたU字型(trough)をしていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の締着装置。
- 前記突起部(120, 122; 220, 222; 320; 420, 422; 520, 522)の前記補強手段は、前記突起部の一部分として形成されたスペーサ(130, 132; 230A, 230B, 232A; 330; 420C, 420D; 422C, 422D; 520C, 522D)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強手段は、前記締結壁(120B, 122B; 420B, 422B; 520B, 522B)から前記接続部(120A, 122A; 420A, 422A; 520A, 522A)に向かって延在する少なくとも1つのスペーサ(130, 132; 420D, 422D; 520D, 522D)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強手段は、前記接続部(220A, 222A)に向けて折り返された前記締結壁(220B, 222B)のフランジ(230A, 230B; 232B)によって形成された2つのスペーサを備えており、前記フランジの自由端が前記接続部と接触するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強手段は、前記ベルト部(110A)に面した締結壁(120B, 122B; 420B, 422B; 520B, 522B)の端部(120')から前記接続部(120A, 122A; 420A, 422A; 520A, 522A)に向けて折り返されたスペーサ(130, 132; 420D, 422D; 520D, 522D)を備えており、前記スペーサの自由端(130C)が前記接続部と接触するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の締着装置。
- 前記補強手段は、前記接続部と前記締結壁との間に連結壁(420C, 422C; 520C, 522C)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の締着装置。
- 前記スペーサ及び前記連結壁によって構成された部材の少なくとも一つがU字型であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の締着装置。
- 突起部(320)の前記補強手段は、前記接続部から切り取られ、前記締結壁(320B)に向けて延在するように折り返された舌状突起(330)によって形成されたスペーサ(320A)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の締着装置。
- 前記接続部に対して前記スペーサ(230A, 230B, 232B)をくさび留めするための手段(233; 527)をさらに備えた請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の締着装置。
- 前記接続部(220A, 222A)は、前記締結壁(220B, 222B)に向かって突出する少なくとも1つの突起(233)を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の締着装置。
- 前記締結手段は、前記互いに対となる突起部のうちの1つの突起部(22, 122; 420; 522)に対向するように配置されたヘッド(28B, 128B)を有する少なくとも1つのボルト(28, 128)と、前記互いに対となる突起部のうちの他方の突起部(20, 120; 422; 520)に対向して配置され、前記ボルトの軸部(shank)(28A, 128A)と協働するナット(29, 129)とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の締着装置。
- 前記ボルトの前記ヘッド(28B, 128B)及び前記ナットによって構成された複数の部材のうちの1つを、前記部材が配置された突起部に対してくさび留めする手段(115A, 115B; 527)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の締着装置。
- 前記締結壁は、少なくとも1つの外部くさび留め突起(115A, 115B; 527)を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の締着装置。
- 前記互いに対となる突起部のうちの1つの突起部(12B)は、前記ボルトの前記ヘッド及び前記突起部及び前記ナットによって構成された部材のうちの前記突起部と協働する1つに対して保持するための保持キャッチ(117; 527)を持つことを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の締着装置。
- 端部と端部が接するように配置された2つの平滑管を漏れがないように連結させるための請求項1〜17に記載のいずれかの締着装置であって、前記2つの平滑管における対向した端部を包囲するための前記カラー(10)内に配置されるのに適したシールリング(12)をさらに備えた締着装置。
