前記タッチパネルの前記下透明電極付きフィルムには空気孔が形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
Claims (10)
- 液晶表示パネルの上にタッチパネルが載置された液晶表示装置であって、
前記液晶表示パネルは、TFT基板の上にカラーフィルタ基板が積層された構成であり、
前記タッチパネルは上透明電極付きフィルムと下透明電極付きフィルムとで構成され、前記上透明電極付きフィルムと下透明電極付きフィルムとの間には空間が形成されており、
前記タッチパネルは、前記液晶表示パネルの表示領域でUV硬化樹脂によって貼り付けられ、
前記タッチパネルの前記下透明電極付きフィルムには空気孔が形成されており、
前記タッチパネルには、前記表示領域の外側に遮光膜が形成され、前記空気孔は前記遮光膜によって覆われており、
前記タッチパネルの前記空気孔は、前記カラーフィルタ基板の端部よりも外側に存在していることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記空気孔は複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示パネルのTFT基板にはフレキシブル配線基板がとりつけられており、前記空気孔は前記タッチパネルの短辺側で、前記TFT基板にフレキシブル配線基板が取り付けられていない側に存在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記空気孔は塞がれていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記空気孔は封止テープによって塞がれていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記空気孔は樹脂によって塞がれていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示パネルおよび前記タッチパネルはモールド内に設置され、前記タッチパネルの前記下透明電極付きフィルムに形成された前記空気孔は前記モールドと前記タッチパネルを接着する接着層によって塞がれていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記上透明電極付きフィルムの内側の透明電極、または、前記下透明電極付きフィルムの内側の透明電極の表面には凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記上透明電極付きフィルムの内側の透明電極、および、前記下透明電極付きフィルムの内側の透明電極の表面には凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記UV硬化樹脂には前記UV硬化樹脂とは屈折率の異なるビーズが分散されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
