Claims (6)
- 被検体内部の特性を測定する測定方法において、
被検体に光を照射することによって前記被検体内部の特性を拡散光トモグラフィを利用して測定する第1のステップと、
前記被検体に光を照射することによって前記被検体内部の特性を音響光学トモグラフィ又は光音響トモグラフィを利用して測定する第2のステップと、
前記被検体内部の特性の分布を仮定し、当該仮定から得られる前記被検体内部の特性の予想値と前記第1のステップで得られる実測値との差が許容範囲になるように前記仮定を変更する第3のステップと、を有し、
前記被検体内部の特性は、前記被検体内部の吸収特性と散乱特性のうち少なくとも一方であり、
前記第3のステップは、前記第2のステップで取得したデータを初期値、制約条件及び境界条件の少なくとも一つに利用することを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記第3のステップは、前記第2のステップが測定可能な範囲においては前記データを使用して前記被検体内部の特性の分布を推定し、前記第2のステップが測定不可能な範囲においては前記第1のステップで取得したデータと前記第2のステップで取得したデータを使用して前記被検体内部の特性の分布を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定方法。
- 前記第3のステップは、前記データを空間的に補間して得られたデータを更に使用して前記被検体内部の特性の分布を推定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測定方法。
- 前記被検体の構造特性を超音波エコーを利用して測定する第4のステップを更に有し、
前記第1のステップは、前記第4のステップで取得した構造特性に変化がある部分のデータを更に使用して前記被検体内部の特性の分布を推定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項に記載の測定方法。 - 前記被検体内部の特性若しくは当該特性の吸収に寄与した構成要素の濃度及び成分比率を算出することによって前記被検体の三次元的な断層像を形成するステップと、
前記三次元的な断層像を表示するステップを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載の測定方法。 - 被検体内部の特性を測定する測定装置において、
被検体内部の特性を拡散光トモグラフィを利用して測定する第1の測定部と、
前記被検体内部の特性を音響光学トモグラフィ又は光音響トモグラフィを利用して測定する第2の測定部と、
前記被検体内部の特性の分布を仮定し、当該仮定から得られる前記被検体内部の特性の予想値と前記第1の測定部で得られる実測値との差が許容範囲になるように前記仮定を変更する信号処理部と、を有し、
前記被検体内部の特性は、前記被検体内部の吸収特性と散乱特性のうち少なくとも一方であり、
前記信号処理部は、前記第2の測定部で取得したデータを初期値、制約条件及び境界条件の少なくとも一つに利用することを特徴とする測定装置。
