Description
本発明は複合材料部材の作製、より具体的には強化用繊維織物の作製に関する。
本発明の目的は、三次元織によって少なくとも部分的に形成され、かつ先の制約の間で良好な継目を示す強化用繊維織物を提供することである。
・ 少なくとも第1、第2および第3の緯糸層と、
・ それぞれが第1の緯糸層のn本のうちの1つの緯糸および前記第1の緯糸層と隣合う、第2の緯糸層のn本のうちの1つの緯糸とを交互につかむ第1の経糸の組と、
・ それぞれが第2の緯糸層中のn本のうちの1本の緯糸および第2の緯糸と隣合う第3の緯糸層中のn本のうちの1本とを交互につかむ第2の経糸の組と
を備え、
・ 両方の経糸の組は、与えられた1つの緯糸平面において、第1の経糸の組の1つの経糸によって取られる第2の緯糸層の糸と第2の経糸の組の1つの経糸によって取られる第2の緯糸層の糸とが異なるように、経糸方向において互いにずれている(offset)同様の経路をたどり、
・ 数nは3以上の整数であり、好ましくはnは5以上である
という事実によって達成される。
用語「二次元織」または「2D織」は、ここでは、各経糸が単一の緯糸層中の糸の一方の側から他方の側に通されような通常の製織技術を示すために用いられる。
本発明の応用の分野は、複合材料部材を構成するための繊維強化材、またはプリフォームを構成するために適切な繊維織物を形成することであり、前記部材はマトリクスで繊維織物を緻密化することによって得られる。マトリクスは、比較的低温、典型的に300℃以下にて使用される複合材料のための樹脂であり得るか、または熱構造複合材料のためのカーボンまたはセラミックのような耐火材料であり得る。
図4Aないし4Pは、コアにおける多層繻子三次元織による3D織と、表皮14、16における二次元織とによって得られた繊維織物織物10の一連の表面を示す。
図5Aないし5Lは、12層の緯糸層U1ないしU12を含む多層3D織によって得られた織物20の一連の平面を示す。以下の表は、使用された織り方および3D織構造を纏め、織物20における製織のバリエーションは、中央平面に関して対称であり、コア22のいずれかの側に配置された表皮24、26を有する。いくつかの緯糸層は、他の層の数と異なる数の緯糸層を持ち、緯糸構造の変化を与える。
Claims (16)
- 複合材料部材のための強化用繊維織物であって、前記織物は繻子型製織または多層繻子型製織による多層三次元織によって少なくとも一部が形成され、前記織物は、
少なくとも第1、第2および第3の隣接する緯糸層であって、前記第1、第2および第3の緯糸層は、それぞれ前記各層からの緯糸を含む列に配置されるものと、
それぞれが第1の緯糸層のn本のうちの1つの緯糸および前記第1の緯糸層と隣合う、第2の緯糸層のn本のうちの1つの緯糸とを交互につかむ第1の経糸の組と、
それぞれが前記第2の緯糸層のn本のうちの1本の緯糸および前記第2の緯糸層と隣合う前記第3の緯糸層のn本のうちの1本の緯糸を交互につかむ第2の経糸の組と
を備え、
前記両方の経糸の組は、与えられた1つの緯糸平面において、前記第1の経糸の組の1つの経糸によって取られる前記第2の経糸層の糸と前記第2の経糸の組の1つの経糸によって取られる前記第2の経糸層の糸とが異なるように、経糸方向において互いにずれている同様の経路をたどり、

- 前記表皮中の繻子ピッチが、前記表皮に隣接した前記コアの部分における繻子ピッチと等しい、請求項6による繊維織物。
- 前記コアが、それぞれ異なる第1および第2の繻子ピッチによる多層繻子織によって形成される少なくとも第1および第2の部分を持つ、請求項4ないし7のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- 前記コアが不連続繊維から作製された糸によって少なくとも一部が織られ、かつ前記表皮は連続繊維から作製された糸によって織られる、請求項4ないし8のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- 少なくとも1つの経糸および緯糸の構造が、前記繊維織物の厚さ中で変化する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- 少なくとも1つの経糸および緯糸の構造が、前記繊維織物の厚さ中で変化する、請求項4ないし9のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの経糸および緯糸の構造が、前記コアから前記表皮へ向けて前記繊維織物の厚さ方向に減少するように変化する、請求項11による繊維織物。
- 前記繊維織物の異なる部分が、異なる化学特性の糸により作製された、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- 製織に使用される糸が前記繊維織物内で変化する糸の打込数を示す、請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項による繊維織物。
- マトリクスによって緻密化された、請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項による強化用繊維織物を持つ複合材料部材。
- 化学気相浸透によって少なくとも一部が形成されたマトリクスを持つ熱構造複合材料から作製された、請求項15による部材。
