Claims (2)
- 試料に移動抵抗を与えるための抵抗体と、前記抵抗体において前記試料を通過させるための動力を付与するための動力源と、前記抵抗体の内部における前記試料の移動速度を測定するための流量センサと、を備えた分析装置であって、
前記抵抗体には複数の微細流路が設けられ、
前記動力源は、前記抵抗体の前記複数の微細流路の上流側に脱着可能に配置された加圧機構と、前記抵抗体の前記複数の微細流路の下流側に装着可能に前記流量センサを介して配置された減圧機構とを含み、
さらに、前記抵抗体の前記複数の微細流路の上流側には、試料供給機構が前記加圧機構と互いに脱着可能に配置されていることを特徴とする、分析装置。 - 前記加圧機構および前記減圧機構は、チューブポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分析装置。
