Description
医療用液体注射装置は、容器内に存在する薬剤のラベルに示されている耐用期間よりも長くはない予め決められた使用期間を有するように設計されている。
医療用液体注射装置は、予め決められた使用期間の後に装置の使用を防止するようになっている使用防止手段を備える。
非使い捨て要素は電子制御部品を備える。
電子制御部品は、予め決められた期間の後に装置の使用を防止するようになっている。
電子制御部品は、予め決められた期間の後での再使用を防止するために、使い捨て部分の識別情報を認識するようになっている。
電子制御部品は、使い捨て部分がすでに以前に使用されているかどうかを判定するようになっている。
医療用液体注射装置は、容器の充填レベルをユーザに通信するようになっている表示手段を備え、および、充填レベルは圧力センサから得られる。
医療用液体注射装置は、過剰充填の場合にユーザに対して警報を出す第1の警報手段を備え、および、第1の警報手段は圧力センサに接続されている。
医療用液体注射装置は、潜在的に危険なリザーバ圧力状態を検出するための第2の警報手段を備え、および、第2の警報手段は圧力センサに接続されている。
医療用液体注射装置は、容器が空である時を検出するための第3の警報手段を備え、および、第3の警報手段は圧力センサに接続されている。
膜も満杯状態のカバー外殻に形状的に一致するように、カバー外殻内の空洞の形状は容器内の空洞の鏡像である。
可とう性の膜は、危険な過剰圧力の場合に破断する脆弱区域を含む。
医療用液体注射装置は、充填体積を減少させるために可とう性の膜とカバー外殻との間に配置されている制限手段を備える。
医療用液体注射装置は、制限手段の位置が体積減少を変化させるために調整可能である。
− 容器の無駄を避け、1つの容器だけが使用される。
− 中断のない、医療用液体の容易かつ快適な投与方法、
− 比較的に小さいサイズの容器を有することが可能。
Claims (33)
- 次の別個の要素、すなわち、容器(1)と、出口流路(14)と、ポンプ送りユニット(5)とを含む薬剤注入ポンプであって、前記容器(1)は、前記ポンプ送りユニット(5)が上に固定的に固着させられている不とう性の壁を備え、前記不とう性の壁は、さらに、前記ポンプ送りユニット(5)と前記容器(1)との間の直接的な流体連結部を形成する通路(4)を含み、前記出口流路(14)は、前記容器(1)内に初期に保持された流体が最初に前記ポンプ送りユニット(5)の中を通って流れその次に前記出口流路(14)に達するように前記ポンプ送りユニット(5)に直接的に連結されており、そして前記薬剤注入ポンプは、さらに前記出口流路(14)とは別個である入口(16)を備えていて、前記薬剤注入ポンプは、使い捨ての要素と、恒久的に使用する要素とから作られていて、前記使い捨て要素は薬剤に接触するすべての要素を含んでおり、前記薬剤に接触するすべての要素は前記容器(1)と前記ポンプ送りユニット(5)と前記入口(16)とを含んでいる薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記入口(16)は再充填手段として働くようになっている請求項1に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- さらに、コネクタ(15)と、前記出口流路(14)に対して連結および連結解除されることが可能な注入管路とを備える請求項1または2に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記入口(16)は前記出口流路(14)に隣接しており、および、前記注入管路の前記コネクタは、連結中は前記入口(16)に対する接近を前記コネクタが遮断するように形成されている請求項3に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記予め決められた使用期間の後に前記装置の使用を防止するようになっている使用防止手段を備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記非使い捨て要素は電子制御部品を備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記電子制御部品は、予め決められた期間の後に前記装置の使用を防止するようになっている請求項6に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記電子制御部品は、前記予め決められた期間の後での再使用を防止するために、前記使い捨て部分の識別情報を認識するようになっている請求項7に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記電子制御部品は、前記使い捨て部分がすでに以前に使用されているかどうかを判定するようになっている請求項7または8に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器は可変的な体積を有する請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器は、例えば可とう性の壁のような可動壁を備える請求項1から10に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器が加圧される時にユーザの中に注射することを防止する制御要素を備える請求項10または11に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記制御要素は、前記ポンプ送りユニットに連結されており、前記出口に連結されており、かつ、前記容器と連通する3ポート弁である請求項12に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記3ポート弁は、前記ポンプ送りユニットに連結されている前記ポート上の圧力が前記容器内または前記容器周辺の圧力よりも高い時にだけ開くようになっている請求項13に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 圧力センサをさらに備える請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記圧力センサは、前記容器の内側の液体圧力を測定するようになっている請求項15に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器の充填レベルをユーザに通信するようになっている表示手段を備え、および、前記充填レベルは前記圧力センサから得られる請求項16に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 過剰充填の場合にユーザに対して警報を出す第1の警報手段を備え、および、前記第1の警報手段は前記圧力センサに接続されている請求項16または17に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 潜在的に危険なリザーバ圧力状態を検出するための第2の警報手段を備え、および、前記第2の警報手段は前記圧力センサに接続されている請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器が空である時を検出するための第3の警報手段を備え、および、前記第3の警報手段は前記圧力センサに接続されている請求項16から19のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記容器は、空洞を形成する凹状表面を有する不とう性の外殻と、前記空洞を覆う可とう性の膜として製造されている請求項10から20のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記不とう性の外殻は、前記容器の内部を外部環境に連結する流路を備える請求項21に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記不とう性の外殻は幾つかの流路を備える請求項21に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記可とう性の膜は、大きな過小圧力なしに前記容器が空にされることを可能にするように、前記空洞に形状的に一致する形に形成されている請求項21に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 入口を備え、および、前記入口と前記出口は前記不とう性の外殻の中に配置されている請求項21に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記可とう性の膜は凹状カバー外殻によって覆われている請求項21に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記凹状カバー外殻は不とう性であり、および、したがって前記容器の充填体積を制限する請求項26に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記膜も満杯状態の前記カバー外殻に形状的に一致するように、前記カバー外殻内の前記空洞の形状は前記容器内の前記空洞の鏡像である請求項21から27のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記可とう性の膜と前記カバー外殻との間の体積が、前記容器体積が変化する時に圧力平衡化のために通気されている請求項26に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記カバー外殻は、機械的圧力から前記可とう性の膜を保護するために補強されている請求項26に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記可とう性の膜は、危険な過剰圧力の場合に破断する脆弱区域を含む請求項30に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記充填体積を減少させるために前記可とう性の膜と前記カバー外殻との間に配置されている制限手段を備える請求項27に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
- 前記制限手段の位置が体積減少を変化させるために調整可能である請求項32に記載の薬剤注入ポンプ。
