Claims (4)
- 外レース(2)、内レース(3)及びこれらのレース(2、3)の間に配置され、保持器(4)により周方向に均等な相互間隔で保持された多数の球面ころ(5)を有する、単列球面ころ軸受として構成されたラジアルころ軸受(1)であって、
前記各球面ころ(5)がそれぞれ、面対称な2つの互いに平行な側面(6、7)を有しており、これら2つの側面(6、7)は、球基本形から当該側面(6、7)よりも外側の部分を除去することにより形成され、これによりこれら2つの側面(6、7)の間に転動面(8)が画定され、
前記各球面ころ(5)の転動面(8)が、2つの溝状の軌道(11、12)の間で転動し、前記溝状の軌道(11、12)は、前記外レース(2)の内側(9)及び前記内レース(3)の外側(10)にそれぞれ形成されるとともに、前記外レース(2)の2つの軸方向リム(15、16)および前記内レース(3)の2つの軸方向リム(13、14)によってそれぞれ画定されており、
前記各球面ころ(5)の前記2つの側面(6、7)の間の幅(bK)が前記外レースおよび前記内レース(2、3)の前記軌道(11、12)の半径方向に相対する軸方向リム(13、15及び14、16)の間の間隔(aB)より小さく、従って前記球面ころ(5)を軸方向組立法で前記間隔(aB)を通って前記2つの軌道(11、12)の間に挿入することができるように構成されているラジアルころ軸受(1)において、
前記外レース(2)および前記内レース(3)の前記軌道(11、12)の深さ(tLA、tLI)および前記各球面ころ(5)の前記2つの側面(6、7)の間の幅(b K )が、軸受縦軸(17)の両側で20°に至るまでの使用圧力角(α)において、断面視で前記各球面ころ(5)の前記転動面(8)の輪郭線の全長の100%が、前記外レース(2)および前記内レース(3)の前記軌道(11、12)の輪郭線に接触するように、かつ、このラジアルころ軸受け(1)が軸方向変荷重に適合する軸方向荷重容量を有するように設定されていることを特徴とするラジアルころ軸受。 - 前記外レース(2)の内側(9)及び前記内レース(3)の外側(10)の前記軌道(11、12)の深さ(tLA、tLI)が前記球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約20%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
- 前記外レース(2)の内側(9)及び前記内レース(3)の外側(10)の軌道(11、12)の幅(bLA、bLI)が前記球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約80%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
- 前記球面ころ(5)の側面(6、7)の間の幅(dK)が前記球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約55%であって、前記軌道(11、12)の半径方向に相対する軸方向リム(13、15及び14、16)の間隔(aB)が前記球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(d K )の約60%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
