Claims (4)
- ガスをガスハイドレート化して固形物状態で運搬するガスハイドレート運搬用船舶において、固形物状態のガスハイドレートを入れるタンクを、船体とは別構造の独立タンクを、タンク内部にもタンク外部にも構造材を配置せずに内壁と外壁とを構造材で連結して壁を二重化して形成した二重壁構造を一部に有して形成し、この二重壁構造の外側表面に遮熱部材又は断熱部材の少なくとも一方を有して形成される防熱部を設けると共に、この独立タンクを、保持機構を介して、船体側の二重底、トップサイド部、二重船側部の少なくとも一つの船体構造物により支持して構成し、
更に、前記独立タンクの前記内壁、前記外壁、前記構造材、前記防熱部で形成される二重壁構造をこの独立タンクの頂部まで設けずに、この独立タンクの底部とボトムホッパーの部分のみを二重壁構造に構成すると共に、この独立タンクのこれより上部は外壁と外壁に設けられた構造材とで構成したことを特徴とするガスハイドレート運搬用船舶。 - 前記独立タンクの少なくとも一つの独立タンクにおいて、この独立タンクの上部に、荷役用の開口部を設け、二重構造で、かつ、断熱材又は遮熱材で防熱する防熱部を設けたハッチカバーで前記開口部を覆うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスハイドレート運搬用船舶。
- 少なくとも一つの前記独立タンクにおいて、この独立タンクの上部には荷役用の開口部を設けずに構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスハイドレート運搬用船舶。
- 積荷時はばら積み可能な部分からガスタイトなコンベアでガスハイドレートを、上部に荷役用の開口部を設けない前記独立タンクに移送し、揚荷時は上部に荷役用の開口部を設けない前記独立タンクから揚荷ができる場所までガスタイトなコンベアでガスハイドレートを移送して揚荷を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスハイドレート運搬用船舶。
