Description
即ち上記のように、酸化可能な有機成分又は樹脂成分と金属触媒からなる酸素吸収層を含む脱酸素性多層フィルムは、脱酸素する過程で、有機成分又は樹脂成分の酸化により臭気性の有機成分を発生する問題を有している。特に食品の包装に脱酸素性多層フィルムを用いた場合には、僅かな臭気の発生であっても食品の香りが悪化し、その食品の価値が低下する重大な問題が生じる。
本発明の脱酸素性多層体においては、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)が、光開始剤、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂と異なる別種の熱可塑性樹脂及び添加剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分をさらに含有し、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)中の易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂、遷移金属触媒及び前記成分の合計配合率が100質量%であることが好ましい。
本発明の脱酸素性多層体を構成する隔離層(A)は酸素吸収層(B)と収納物とを隔離する役割を果たすと共に、シーラントとしての役割を果たす。また、酸素吸収層(B)を構成する酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)に含有される易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂による速やかな酸素吸収を妨げないように、効率的な酸素透過を行う役割を果たす。
本発明の脱酸素性多層体を構成する酸素吸収層(B)は、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂及び遷移金属触媒を含有する酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)からなる。本発明の脱酸素性多層体において、酸素吸収層(B)は、十分な酸素吸収速度を得るために必須である。
上記ヒドラジン誘導体の中でも、一層効果的にアルデヒド類由来の臭気性成分を固定できるという理由から、アミノグアニジン誘導体、ヒドラジン複塩又はそれらの混合物が好ましい。
即ち酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)が、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂と、遷移金属触媒と、副成分とを含有する場合には、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)中の易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂、遷移金属触媒及び副成分の合計配合率が100質量%であることを意味する。
ここで、副成分とは、光開始剤、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂と異なる別種の熱可塑性樹脂及び添加剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を言う。なお、副成分は、上述した無機塩基及びアミン化合物とは異なるものである。
酸素バリア層(D)を構成する酸素バリア性物質とは、酸素透過度100cc/(m2・24h・atm)以下の物質を意味する。酸素バリア層(D)の代表例としてシリカもしくはアルミナを蒸着したポリエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロンMXD6、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体、塩化ビニリデン等を含有する層のほか、アルミ箔などの金属箔が挙げられる。酸素バリア層(D)の厚さは1〜300μmが好ましく、1〜100μmがより好ましい。この場合、厚さが上記範囲を外れる場合に比べて、酸素バリア効果をより高めることができるとともに包装材料としての柔軟性が損なわれることを防止することができる。
脱酸素性多層フィルムに1kW高圧水銀灯を光源とする照度6.2mW/cm2の紫外光を90秒間(照射量560mJ/cm2)照射した後、酸素吸収面の面積が250cm2の袋に加工し、酸素5vol%と窒素95vol%の混合ガス120mLを封入した(初期酸素量0.024mL/cm2)。該袋を25℃、60%RHの条件下に放置して、酸素濃度が0.1vol%に到達するまでの時間を測定した。以下、袋内酸素濃度が0.1vol%に低下するまでに要する時間を脱酸素時間と称する。また、脱酸素後の袋内のアルデヒド類、カルボン酸類濃度をアセトアルデヒド用気体検知管(アセトアルデヒド92L(低濃度用)、ガステック(株)製)及び酢酸用気体検知管(酢酸81L、ガステック(株)製)により測定し、臭気性有機物放出濃度を評価した。
脱酸素性多層フィルムに1kW高圧水銀灯を光源とする照度6.2mW/cm2の紫外光を90秒間(照射量560mJ/cm2)照射した後、酸素吸収面の面積が250cm2の袋に加工し、空気120mLを封入した(初期酸素量0.10mL/cm2)。該袋を25℃、60%RHの条件下に放置して、脱酸素時間を測定した。また、脱酸素後の袋内のアルデヒド類、カルボン酸類濃度をアセトアルデヒド用気体検知管(アセトアルデヒド92L(低濃度用)、ガステック(株)製)及び酢酸用気体検知管(酢酸81L、ガステック(株)製)により測定し、臭気性有機物放出濃度を評価した。
m−LLDPE(商品名「カーネルKC570S」、日本ポリエチレン(株)製)と酸化マグネシウムとを、質量比100対1.4で2軸混練押出機を用いて160℃で溶融混練することにより、酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を作製した。
オクチル酸コバルト(商品名「ニッカオクチックスコバルト」、日本化学産業(株)製、コバルト含有量8質量%)を合成ケイ酸カルシウム(商品名「マイクロセルE」、セライト社製)に含浸し、減圧乾燥して遷移金属触媒含有粉末1を得た。
遷移金属触媒含有粉末1と、光開始剤の4−フェニルベンゾフェノン(以下、「PBP」と表記する)を混合し、これらを易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂であるシンジオタクチック1,2−ポリブタジエン(商品名「RB820」、JSR(株)製、以下「RB」と表記する)と2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練することにより、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1(RB100質量部に対してコバルト原子を0.12質量部、合成ケイ酸カルシウム(平均粒子径2μm)を0.75質量部、PBPを0.21質量部含有)を作製した。
エチレン尿素水溶液を活性白土(商品名「ガレオンアース」、水澤化学工業(株)製、以下「GE」と表記する)に含浸させ、乾燥することにより臭気吸収剤1(エチレン尿素添着量 1.5mmol/(g−担体))を得た。
硫酸アミノグアニジン水溶液をGEに含浸させ、乾燥することにより臭気吸収剤2(硫酸アミノグアニジン添着量 0.8mmol/(g−担体))を得た。
m−LLDPEとアルデヒド消臭剤(商品名「ケスモンNS−241」、東亞合成(株)製、以下「NS−241」と表記する)を、質量比100対6で混合し、2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練して臭気吸収性樹脂組成物1を作製した。
臭気吸収剤1とm−LLDPEとを、質量比6対100(エチレン尿素 0.08mmol/g)で混合し、2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練して臭気吸収性樹脂組成物2(m−LLDPE100質量部に対する臭気吸収剤1を6質量部を含有)を作製した。
臭気吸収剤2とm−LLDPEとを、質量比6対100(硫酸アミノグアニジン 0.04mmol/g)で混合し、2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練して臭気吸収性樹脂組成物3(m−LLDPE100質量部に対する臭気吸収剤2を6質量部を含有)を作製した。
遷移金属触媒含有粉末1と、NS−241を混合し、これらをRBと2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練することにより、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物4(RB100質量部に対してコバルト原子を0.13質量部、NS−241を6質量部含有)を作製した。
遷移金属触媒含有粉末1、PBP及び臭気吸収剤2を混合し、これらをRBと2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練することにより、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物5(RB100質量部に対してコバルト原子を0.13質量部、合成ケイ酸カルシウム(平均粒子径2μm)を0.75質量部、PBPを0.21質量部、臭気吸収剤2を6質量部含有)を作製した。
遷移金属触媒含有粉末1と、臭気吸収剤2を混合し、これらをRBと2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練することにより、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物6(RB100質量部に対してコバルト原子を0.13質量部、臭気吸収剤2を6質量部含有)を作製した。
遷移金属触媒含有粉末1、PBP及びNS−241を混合し、これらをRBと2軸混練押出機を用いて140℃で溶融混練することにより、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物7(RB100質量部に対してコバルト原子を0.13質量部、合成ケイ酸カルシウム(平均粒子径2μm)を0.75質量部、PBPを0.21質量部、NS-241を6質量部含有)を作製した。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物1を臭気吸収層(C1)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(C1)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(C1)側にシリカ蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレート(商品名「テックバリアP2」、三菱樹脂(株)製、以下「SiPET」と表記する)からなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム1とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物2を臭気吸収層(C2)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(C2)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(C2)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム2とした。
m−LLDPEを隔離層(A)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物3を臭気吸収層(C3)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(C3)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(C3)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム3とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物4を臭気吸収層(Cx4)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx4)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx4)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム4とした。

酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物6を臭気吸収層(Cx6)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx6)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx6)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム7とした。
酸素吸収層(B1)と臭気吸収層(C3)の積層順序を入れ替えた以外は実施例3と同様にして脱酸素性多層フィルムを作製し、脱酸素性多層フィルム8とした。
臭気吸収性樹脂組成物5からなる臭気吸収層(Cx5)の代わりに酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1からなる酸素吸収層(B1)を積層させた他は、実施例5と同様にして隔離層(A)、酸素吸収層(B1)及び酸素吸収層(B1)からなる多層フィルムを作製した。該多層フィルムの酸素吸収層(B1)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し脱酸素性多層フィルム9とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物7を臭気吸収層(Cx7)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物7を臭気吸収層(Cx7)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx7)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx7)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx7)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム10とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物1を臭気吸収層(C1)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(C1)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(C1)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム11とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物2を臭気吸収層(C2)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(C2)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(C2)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム12とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物4を臭気吸収層(Cx4)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx4)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx4)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム13とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物5を臭気吸収層(Cx5)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx5)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx5)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム14とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物6を臭気吸収層(Cx6)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx6)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx6)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム15とした。
m−LLDPEを隔離層(A)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)、酸素吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸素吸収層(B1)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)、厚みが約20μmの酸素吸収層(B1)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの酸素吸収層(B1)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム16とした。
酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物1を酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物7を臭気吸収層(Cx7)、臭気吸収性樹脂組成物7を臭気吸収層(Cx7)とした多層フィルムを、この順に積層して共押出により作製した(共押出温度は160℃とした)。層構成は、順に厚みが約10μmの隔離層(A)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx7)、厚みが約20μmの臭気吸収層(Cx7)とした。次に、作製した多層フィルムの臭気吸収層(Cx7)側にSiPETからなる厚み12μmの酸素バリア層(D)を、シリカ蒸着面を接着面としてドライラミネーションにより接着し、脱酸素性多層フィルム17とした。
(B):酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)からなる酸素吸収層
(C):臭気吸収性樹脂組成物(c)からなる臭気吸収層
(D):酸素バリア層
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも、熱可塑性樹脂を含有する隔離層(A)、
易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂及び遷移金属触媒を含有する酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)からなる酸素吸収層(B)、
熱可塑性樹脂及び臭気吸収剤を含有する臭気吸収性樹脂組成物(c)からなる臭気吸収層(C)並びに、
酸素バリア性物質を含有する酸素バリア層(D)
をこの順に積層してなる脱酸素性多層体。 - 前記易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂が、1,4−ポリブタジエン、1,2−ポリブタジエン、1,4−ポリイソプレン、3,4−ポリイソプレン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体、エチレン/アクリル酸メチル/アクリル酸シクロヘキセニルメチル共重合体、又はこれらの混合物である請求項1記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂が、1,2−ポリブタジエンである請求項1記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記1,2−ポリブタジエンが、シンジオタクチック1,2−ポリブタジエンである請求項3記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記臭気吸収性樹脂組成物(c)が、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂、遷移金属触媒及び臭気吸収剤を含有する臭気吸収性樹脂組成物(cx)である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 隔離層(A)が、酸性ガス吸収剤及び熱可塑性樹脂を含有する酸性ガス吸収性樹脂組成物(a)からなる酸性ガス吸収性隔離層(Aa)である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記酸性ガス吸収剤が塩基性化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記塩基性化合物が酸化マグネシウムである請求項7記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記臭気吸収剤がヒドラジン誘導体、尿素誘導体またはグアニジン誘導体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記臭気吸収剤がヒドラジン誘導体、尿素誘導体またはグアニジン誘導体を担体に担持してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記ヒドラジン誘導体がアミノグアニジン誘導体及び/またはヒドラジン複塩である請求項9または10記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)がさらに光開始剤を含有する請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記臭気吸収性樹脂組成物(cx)がさらに光開始剤を含有する請求項2〜12のいずれか1項に記載の脱酸素性多層体。
- 前記酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)が、光開始剤、易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂と異なる別種の熱可塑性樹脂及び添加剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分をさらに含有し、
前記酸素吸収性樹脂組成物(b)中の易酸化性熱可塑性樹脂、遷移金属触媒及び前記成分の合計配合率が100質量%である請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の脱酸素性多層体。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項記載の脱酸素性多層体を少なくとも一部に有する包装容器であって、隔離層(A)を容器内側に配置してなる脱酸素性包装容器。
