Description

The present invention relates to a mounting structure for interior objects in an operator cab of a work machine.

In a working machine such as a hydraulic excavator or a bulldozer, interior materials, air conditioning ducts, and the like that constitute the inner surface of the cabin interior are provided inside the cab, and these interior items are attached to the ceiling surface . JP-A-11-334351

However, if the ceiling surface of the is composed of sheet metal, there is a case where the ceiling surface occurs strain to the ceiling surface by the heat due to welding is deformed. For example, if a part of the frame of the roof surface and the cab is welded, there is a possibility that the ceiling surface by a relatively large heat is applied to the ceiling surface is deformed. In this case, since the mounting position of the mounting member is displaced, it is difficult to mount the interior with high accuracy. In particular, when an interior object is attached over a plurality of attachment members, if the attachment position between a certain attachment member and another attachment member is displaced, it is difficult to attach the interior object to both attachment members. .

The subject of this invention is providing the attachment structure which can improve the attachment precision of an interior thing.

<構成>
<Configuration>
A mounting structure 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the internal structure of the cab 100, and shows a state where members such as the interior material 8 (see FIG. 2) are removed. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounting structure in the vicinity of the first mounting member 3 described later. The mounting structure 1 includes a ceiling surface 2, first to fourth mounting members 3-6, an intermediate mounting member 7, and an interior material 8 (see FIG. 2).

The ceiling surface 2 is a member that constitutes a part of the cab 100 and is made of sheet metal. The cab 100 includes a frame 10 including a plurality of pillars 11-14 and connecting members 15-18 that connect the pillars 11-14. The ceiling surface 2 closes above the frame 10.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first to fourth attachment members 3-6 are bolt-shaped metal members, and their upper ends are fixed to the ceiling surface 2 by welding. In FIG. 2, only the first mounting member 3 is illustrated, but the second to fourth mounting members 4-6 have the same structure as the first mounting member 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the first to fourth attachment members 3-6 are arranged along the ceiling surface 2 at a distance from each other. The first attachment member 3 and the second attachment member 4 are arranged at a distance in the front-rear direction of the cab 100, and the second attachment member 4 is arranged in front of the first attachment member 3. The third mounting member 5 is disposed at a distance from the first mounting member 3 in the left-right direction of the cab 100. The fourth attachment member 6 is disposed in front of the third attachment member 5, and is disposed at a distance from the second attachment member 4 in the left-right direction of the cab 100.

The intermediate attachment member 7 is attached over the first to fourth attachment members 3-6. The intermediate mounting member 7 is provided with through holes 22-25 at positions corresponding to the first to fourth mounting members 3-6. Further, an opening 21 is provided in the central portion of the intermediate mounting member 7, and the through holes 22-25 are disposed around the opening 21. As shown in FIG. 2, the first mounting member 3 is passed through the through hole 22 and screwed into a pair of nut members 26 and 27 arranged with the intermediate mounting member 7 interposed therebetween. Therefore, the attachment position of the intermediate attachment member 7 to the first attachment member 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the position where the nut members 26 and 27 and the first attachment member 3 are screwed together. The structures of the intermediate mounting member 7 and the second to fourth mounting members 4-6 are the same as described above, and the mounting position of the intermediate mounting member 7 on the second to fourth mounting members 4-6 can be adjusted. .

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the protrusion parts 31-34 are each provided in the vicinity of the through-hole 22-25. The protrusions 31-34 are provided in order to dispose the intermediate mounting member 7 and the interior material 8 at a predetermined interval. As shown in FIG. 2, the protrusion 31 is provided with a hole 35 for attaching the interior material 8. The hole 35 penetrates the intermediate mounting member 7 in the vertical direction. The other protrusions 32-34 have the same structure as the protrusion 31.

The interior material 8 is a member that is attached to the intermediate attachment member 7 and constitutes the inner surface of the interior of the cab 100. The interior material 8 is made of, for example, polypropylene and urethane foam. Moreover, the interior material 8 has the convex part 81 which protruded upwards, as shown in FIG. This convex portion 81 is in a state where a part thereof is inserted into the opening 21 of the intermediate mounting member 7 in a state where the interior material 8 is mounted on the intermediate mounting member 7. Thereby, the internal space of the cab 100 can be enlarged. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the interior material 8 in the cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. The interior material 8 is fixed to the intermediate mounting member 7 by a clip 40. The clip 40 passes through the intermediate mounting member 7 and is locked in the hole 35 of the protrusion 31 described above. Here, since a predetermined interval is ensured between the intermediate mounting member 7 and the interior material 8 by the protrusions 31, the interference between the distal end portion of the first mounting member 3 protruding from the intermediate mounting member 7 and the interior material 8. Is prevented. In FIG. 2, only the clip 40 attached to the protruding portion 31 is illustrated, but the same clip as the clip 40 is attached to the other protruding portions 32 to 34, thereby the interior material 8 is It is fixed to the intermediate mounting member 7.

<特徴>
<Features>
In this mounting structure 1, the interior material 8 is mounted as shown in FIG.

First, as shown to Fig.4 (a), the 1st attachment member 3 and the 2nd attachment member 4 are being previously fixed to the ceiling surface 2 by welding. In this state, the ceiling surface 2 is flat, and the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member 4 are located at substantially the same height. Here, when the ceiling surface 2 is welded to the connecting members 16 and 18, as shown in FIG. 4B, the ceiling surface 2 is deformed by welding distortion. For this reason, deviation arises in the arrangement of the first attachment member 3 and the second attachment member 4 in the height direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4C, the intermediate mounting member 7 is arranged at a predetermined mounting position by adjusting the mounting positions of the intermediate mounting member 7 to the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member 4, respectively. To do. Thereby, the interior material 8 can be attached with high precision.

4 shows only the first attachment member 3 and the second attachment member 4, the intermediate attachment member 7 is attached to the third attachment member 5 and the fourth attachment member 6 in the same manner as described above.

Moreover, in this attachment structure 1, compared with the case where the member equivalent to the intermediate attachment member 7 is directly welded to the ceiling surface 2, the area of the part to be welded is small. For this reason, the deformation | transformation by welding distortion can be restrained small.

(a)
<Other embodiments>
(A)
In said embodiment, although the attachment position with the intermediate attachment member 7 is adjustable about all the 1st-4th attachment members 3-6, a part of 1st-4th attachment members 3-6 Only, the attachment position with the intermediate attachment member 7 may be adjustable. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the connection member 16 may be used as the second attachment member, and the intermediate attachment member 7 may be attached across the connection member 16 and the first attachment member 3. The connecting member 16 is a beam-like member that constitutes a part of the frame 10 of the cab 100, and does not have a structure for adjusting the attachment position with the intermediate attachment member 7.

Also in this case, the intermediate attachment member 7 can be attached to a predetermined position with high accuracy by adjusting the attachment position of the intermediate attachment member 7 to the first attachment member 3.

(b)
(B)
In said embodiment, although the intermediate attachment member 7 is an integral member provided over the 1st-4th attachment members 3-6, as shown in FIG. 6, it is divided | segmented into the some member. There may be. Here, the intermediate attachment member 7 is divided into a first intermediate attachment member 71 and a second intermediate attachment member 72. The first intermediate attachment member 71 is attached to the first attachment member 3 and the third attachment member 5, and the attachment position to the first attachment member 3 and the third attachment member 5 can be adjusted. The second intermediate attachment member 72 is attached to the second attachment member 4 and the fourth attachment member 6, and the attachment position to the second attachment member 4 and the fourth attachment member 6 can be adjusted. The interior material 8 is attached across the first intermediate attachment member 71 and the second intermediate attachment member 72.

Even in such an attachment structure, the interior material 8 can be attached with high accuracy as in the above-described embodiment.

In FIG. 6, the intermediate mounting member 7 is divided into two parts, but it may be divided into three or more parts.

(c)
(C)
The structure for adjusting the attachment position of the intermediate attachment member 7 to the first to fourth attachment members 3-6 is not limited to the above structure, and other structures may be adopted. For example, brackets 51 and 52 as shown in FIG. 7 may be used as the first to fourth attachment members. Each of the brackets 51 and 52 has a shape bent in an L shape, and is formed with slits 53 and 54 extending in the vertical direction. Bolts 57 and 58 are passed through the slits 53 and 54 of the brackets 51 and 52 and the through holes 55 and 56 of the intermediate mounting member 7, and the bolts 57 and 58 are fastened by nuts 59 and 60. Thereby, the intermediate attachment member 7 is attached to the brackets 51 and 52. In this case, the attachment position of the intermediate attachment member 7 to the brackets 51 and 52 can be adjusted along the slits 53 and 54.

(d)
(D)
In the above embodiment, four attachment members (first to fourth attachment members 3-6) are provided, but the number of attachment members is not limited to this, and there are more or less attachment members. It may be provided.

(e
(E )
