検討中の画素の値を、空白の画像バッファの、新しいx座標とy座標の画素にコピーすることができる。回転を意図された非基準画像を処理した後に、新しい合成擬似カラー画像を作成することができる。一般に、回転処理に関する上で概要を示したステップを、各非基準画像にまたがる色の相違を最小にするために繰り返す。最終的な回転値を、非基準画像ごとに、後続結像に関する調整テーブルなどの適切なデータ構造に保存することができる。
Claims (8)
- 画像内で、蛍光材料を会合された粒子の、前記画像内における占有率を定量化するステップと、
前記画像をサブセクションの配列に分離するステップと、
サブセクション内の画素の特定のセットについて測定された光学パラメータの統計的値を判定するステップであって、画素の前記特定のセットが、所定のしきい値に対する相対的な前記画像内の粒子の前記占有率に基づいて選択される、判定するステップと、
対応するサブセクションの背景信号として前記判定された統計的値を割り当てるステップと
を含み、
前記光学パラメータは、1つ又は複数の検出波長で測定された前記粒子の蛍光放射と、前記画像の背景内の散乱光の放射と、前記粒子を画像化するのに使用された結像システムからの雑音と暗電流オフセットとを含む、コンピュータ実施される方法。 - 前記画像内で粒子の前記占有率を定量化する前記ステップが、前記画像内の粒子の前記占有率が所定のしきい値未満であることを判定するステップを含み、前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定する前記ステップが、前記サブセクション内のすべての画素の間で前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定するステップを含む請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記画像内で粒子の前記占有率を定量化する前記ステップが、前記画像内の粒子の前記占有率が約50%未満であることを判定するステップを含む請求項2に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記画像内で粒子の前記占有率を定量化する前記ステップが、前記画像内の粒子の前記占有率が第1の所定のしきい値以上であることを判定するステップを含み、前記方法が、前記サブセクション内の前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定する前記ステップの前に、第2の所定のしきい値を超える光学パラメータ値を示す前記サブセクション内の画素を識別することをさらに含み、前記サブセクション内の画素の前記特定のセットの前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定する前記ステップが、前記第2の所定のしきい値を超える光学パラメータ値を示すと識別されない前記サブセクション内の画素の集合の中でのみ前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定するステップを含む請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定する前記ステップの前に、前記識別された画素をそれに直接に隣接して配置された1つ又は複数の画素と共にグループ化することをさらに含み、前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定するのに使用される画素の前記セットが、前記グループ化された画素を含まない請求項4に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 粒子の前記占有率を定量化する前記ステップが、前記画像内の粒子の前記占有率が約50%以上であることを判定するステップを含む請求項4に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記光学パラメータの統計的値を判定する前記ステップと背景信号として前記判定された統計的値を割り当てる前記ステップが、前記配列内の複数の前記サブセクションのそれぞれについて行われ、前記方法が、前記複数のサブセクションのそれぞれについて背景信号として前記判定された統計的値を割り当てることの後に、サブセクションの前記配列に2次元統計的フィルタを適用することをさらに含む請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
- 前記光学パラメータの前記統計的値を判定する前記ステップが、前記光学パラメータの中央値を判定するステップを含む請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施される方法。
