- 蛍光試料溶液を保持する基板と、プリズムと、励起光を照射する励起光源と、蛍光を検出する測定器と、を備え、
プリズムと基板との間に温調装置が配置され、プリズムと温調装置を通過して基板内に入射された励起光が、基板と試料溶液の界面で全反射する全反射顕微鏡装置であって、
前記温調装置における前記励起光の入射光と反射光の通過部分が、他の部分より自家蛍光の少ない材料で構成されている装置。 - 請求項1記載の全反射顕微鏡装置であって、
単一分子DNAシークエンスするように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1記載の全反射顕微鏡装置であって、
前記温調装置における前記入射光と反射光の通過部分に開口が設けられ、当該開口に、自家蛍光が石英より小さい液体、又は固体が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1記載の全反射顕微鏡であって、
