Claims (8)
- 円筒状のシャフト工具用の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部であって、
工作機への接続用の固定シャフト(12)と、
熱膨張可能な焼き嵌め部分(14)であって、工具シャフト(22)を心出しした状態で収容するための内側切り欠き部(16)、および段(18;118)を介して前記内側切り欠き部に前置されるとともに所定の軸方向距離(EA)を有するプレ位置決め部分(20;120)を有する、焼き嵌め部分と、を備える、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部において、
前記プレ位置決め部分(20;120)は、前記内側切り欠き部(16;116)に対して偏心していることを特徴とする、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部。 - 請求項1に記載の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部において、
前記プレ位置決め部分(20;120)は、真円筒表面から形成されていることを特徴とする、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部。 - 請求項1または2に記載の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部において、
前記内側切り欠き部(16;116)は、真円筒表面から形成されていることを特徴とする、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部において、
偏心量は、前記プレ位置決め部分(20)の内径と前記切り欠き部(16)の内径との差の半分に相当することを特徴とする、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部において、
前記段(18)は面取り部によって勾配が付けられていることを特徴とする、焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の焼き嵌めチャック−工具収容部内に工具を締め付けるための焼き嵌め装置であって、
工具(22)が予め位置決めされた状態で垂直方向を向いている焼き嵌めチャック(10)を加熱するための加熱装置と、
前記焼き嵌めチャック(10)の上方に位置決め可能な、前記工具(22)用の操作装置(30)と、を備える焼き嵌め装置において、
前記操作装置は、前記焼き嵌めチャック(10)を加熱する工程の際に前記工具(22)が傾倒運動することができるように、前記工具(22)と協働することを特徴とする、焼き嵌め装置。 - 請求項6に記載の焼き嵌め装置において、
加熱された前記焼き嵌めチャック(10)の内側切り欠き部(16)内に前記工具(22)を正確な大きさの分だけ軸方向に移動させるための装置(30、34)を備えたことを特徴とする、焼き嵌め装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の焼き嵌め装置において、
前記操作装置は、当接プレート(30)または心出しガイドであることを特徴とする、焼き嵌め装置。
