Claims (17)
- エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプからの油圧により駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記エンジンの駆動をアシストする電動機と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する発電機とを有するハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンへの負荷の大きさに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を可変し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が低減すると、前記発電機により発電を行なうことで前記エンジンを減速し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が増大すると、前記電動機を駆動して前記エンジンをアシストすることにより前記エンジンを加速し、
前記エンジンの回転数が予め定められた低回転数又は予め定められた高回転数に達するまでは、前記発電機又は前記電動機を駆動し、
前記エンジンの回転数が前記予め定められた低回転数又は前記予め定められた高回転数に達した後は、前記発電機又は前記電動機の加減速分の出力を停止する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの最大定格出力を、前記油圧ポンプの要求負荷が越えないように設定したことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの最大定格出力を、電気負荷と油圧負荷の合計が越えないように設定したことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの等燃費線図における低燃費領域に基づいて基準トルク線を設定し、前記エンジンの回転数が該基準トルク線に対応して変化するように前記エンジンの運転状態を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項4記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記基準トルク線は、燃料消費率が良好な値となるように設定されることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの等燃費線図において燃料消費率が所定の良好な値となるような基準トルク線を設定し、前記エンジンの回転数が該基準トルク線に沿って変化するように前記エンジンの運転状態を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項6記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンに要求されるトルクが、前記基準トルク線を中心とした所定のトルク範囲を越えたときに、前記エンジンの回転数を可変制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記電動機及び前記発電機を、一台の電動発電機で共用することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプからの油圧により駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記エンジンの駆動をアシストする電動機と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する発電機とを有するハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンへの負荷の大きさに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を可変し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が低減すると、前記発電機により発電を行なうことで前記エンジンを減速し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が増大すると、前記電動機を駆動して前記エンジンをアシストすることにより前記エンジンを加速し、
前記エンジンの最大定格出力を、前記油圧ポンプの要求負荷が越えないように設定したことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプからの油圧により駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記エンジンの駆動をアシストする電動機と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する発電機とを有するハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンへの負荷の大きさに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を可変し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が低減すると、前記発電機により発電を行なうことで前記エンジンを減速し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が増大すると、前記電動機を駆動して前記エンジンをアシストすることにより前記エンジンを加速し、
前記エンジンの最大定格出力を、電気負荷と油圧負荷の合計が越えないように設定したことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、該油圧ポンプからの油圧により駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記エンジンの駆動をアシストする電動機と、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する発電機とを有するハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記エンジンへの負荷の大きさに応じて、前記エンジンの回転数を可変し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が低減すると、前記発電機により発電を行なうことで前記エンジンを減速し、
前記エンジンへの要求負荷が増大すると、前記電動機を駆動して前記エンジンをアシストすることにより前記エンジンを加速し、
前記電動機に電力を供給し、且つ電気負荷に電力を供給する蓄電器をさらに有し、
前記油圧アクチュエータに供給すべき出力と前記電気負荷に供給すべき出力とを合算して得られる総合出力が所定の閾値以下の場合に、前記電動機の出力を主動力として前記油圧ポンプを駆動し、該総合出力が該所定の閾値より大きい場合は、前記エンジンの出力を主動力として前記油圧ポンプを駆動することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項11記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記油圧アクチュエータに供給すべき出力と前記電気負荷に供給すべき出力とを合算して得られる前記総合出力が前記所定の閾値以下の場合に、前記電動機の出力のみを動力として前記油圧ポンプを駆動することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項11又は12記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記油圧アクチュエータに供給すべき出力と前記電気負荷に供給すべき出力とを合算して得られる前記総合出力が前記所定の閾値より大きい場合は、前記エンジンの出力のみを動力として前記油圧ポンプを駆動することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項11記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記所定の閾値は、前記エンジンの所定の特性に基づいて設定されることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項14記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記所定の特性として、エンジン回転数とエンジントルクとの関係により表される特性を用いることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項11乃至15のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記総合出力が前記電気負荷に供給すべき出力だけであり、且つ前記所定の閾値以下であるときに、前記蓄電器から前記電気負荷に電力を供給することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項11乃至16のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド式建設機械であって、
前記総合出力が前記油圧アクチュエータに供給すべき出力だけであり、且つ前記所定の閾値以下であるときに、前記蓄電器から前記電動機に電力を供給して前記電動機の出力だけで前記油圧ポンプを駆動することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。
