Claims (4)
- 駆動源の動力により回転される入力軸の回転速度を、駆動ギヤと該駆動ギヤに噛合する従動ギヤとを夫々備え夫々変速比の異なる複数のギヤ列を介して、複数段に変速して出力部材から出力する多段変速機であって、
複数の前記ギヤ列のうちの変速比順位で奇数番目の各ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを固定又は軸支する第1入力軸と、変速比順位で偶数番目の各ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを固定又は軸支する第2入力軸と、
前記駆動源の動力を前記第1入力軸に伝達する伝達状態と、この伝達を断つ開放状態とに切換自在な第1摩擦係合機構と、前記駆動源の動力を前記第2入力軸に伝達する伝達状態と、この伝達を断つ開放状態とに切換自在な第2摩擦係合機構と、
変速比順位で奇数番目の前記各ギヤ列の従動ギヤを軸支又は固定する第1中間軸と、変速比順位で偶数番目の前記各ギヤ列の従動ギヤを軸支又は固定する第2中間軸と、
変速比順位で奇数番目の前記各ギヤ列のうちの何れか1つのギヤ列を選択し、選択されたギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち第1入力軸又は第1中間軸に軸支されるギヤを当該軸に連結して、該選択されたギヤ列による第1入力軸と第1中間軸との間の動力伝達を可能とする第1同期噛合機構と、
変速比順位で偶数番目の各ギヤ列のうちの何れか1つのギヤ列を選択し、選択されたギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち第2入力軸又は第2中間軸に軸支されるギヤを当該軸に連結して、該選択されたギヤ列による第2入力軸と第2中間軸との間の動力伝達を可能とする第2同期噛合機構と、
相対回転可能な第1と第2と第3の3つの回転要素を有し、第1回転要素と第2回転要素が異なる速度で回転するときに第3回転要素が第1回転要素の回転速度と第2回転要素の回転速度との間の速度で回転するように構成された差動機構と、差動機構の3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を連結する連結状態とこの連結を断つ開放状態とに切換自在な第3摩擦係合機構とを備え、
差動機構の第1回転要素と第2回転要素とに夫々第1中間軸と第2中間軸とが連結され、差動機構の第3回転要素が出力部材に連結され、
前記出力部材には、1速段を確立するギヤ列の従動ギヤが、軸支又は固定され、
前記1速段を確立するギヤ列の駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとのうち第1入力軸又は出力部材に軸支されるギヤを当該ギヤが軸支される第1入力軸又は出力部材に連結して、1速段を確立するためのギヤ列による第1入力軸と出力部材との間の動力伝達を可能とする第3同期噛合機構が設けられることを特徴とする多段変速機。 - 請求項1記載の多段変速機において、
前記第1中間軸と前記第2中間軸と前記差動機構とが同一軸線上に配置されることを特徴とする多段変速機。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の多段変速機において、
前記差動機構は、サンギヤと、リングギヤと、互いに噛合すると共に一方が前記サンギヤと噛合し他方が前記リングギヤと噛合する一対のピニオンを自転及び公転自在に軸支するキャリアとの3つの回転要素からなるダブルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構で構成されることを特徴とする多段変速機。 - 請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の多段変速機において、
互いに噛合する駆動ギヤと従動ギヤとを有する後進段ギヤ列と、前記第1入力軸又は前記第2入力軸に配置されたギヤに噛合するアイドルギヤとを備え、
前記後進段ギヤ列の駆動ギヤは、前記アイドルギヤと一体に回転するように構成され、又は、前記アイドルギヤと相対回転自在に構成され、
前記後進段ギヤ列の従動ギヤは、前記出力部材に軸支又は固定され、
前記出力部材に軸支された前記後進段ギヤ列の従動ギヤを前記出力部材に連結し、又は前記後進段ギヤ列の駆動ギヤを、前記アイドルギヤと一体に回転するように前記アイドルギヤに連結して、前記後進段ギヤ列による前記第1入力軸又は前記第2入力軸から前記出力部材への動力伝達を可能とする第4同期噛合機構が設けられることを特徴とする多段変速機。
