Description
1)前記無接点電力送信装置の1次側充電コアを通じて、前記無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号が含まれる物体感知信号を発信し、これに対する回答信号の受信を待機するスタンバイモード段階と、
2)前記1次側充電コアを通じる負荷変調によって感知された感知信号を判別し、無接点電力受信装置から発信された正常の固有ID信号が受信されたか否かを判別する固有ID判別段階と、
3)無接点電力受信装置から正常の固有IDが受信されたと判別される場合には、ゲートドライバーモジュールを通じ、1次側充電コアを通じてフルパワー送信電力信号が発信されるようにするフルパワー電力送信段階と、
4)無接点電力受信装置へ充電状態情報を要請し、返信された無接点電力受信装置の充電情報によって、充電の程度を調節する充電調節段階と、
5)無接点電力受信装置から満充電の情報を受信したときには、充電動作を停止してLCDパネルまたは充電状態LEDに満充電の状態を表示する満充電状態段階と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
1)前記無接点電力受信装置が電力信号の受信のためのスタンバイモード状態で、前記無接点電力送信装置の1次側充電コアから物体感知信号とともに発信される前記無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号を感知し、無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値に対する信号を前記無接点電力送信装置側に発信する固有ID値信号発信段階と、
2)前記固有ID値信号発信段階以後、充電のための充電待機モードに転換されるようにして、前記無接点電力送信装置から送信を受けて、受信される電力信号を整流し、バッテリーセルに充電されるようにする充電段階と、
3)前記無接点電力送信装置から送信される電力信号が基準電圧であるかを判別して、受信電力電圧が基準電圧以下の場合には昇圧を要請し、基準電圧以上場合には減圧を要請する電圧調整信号を発信する電圧調整要請段階と、
4)前記電圧調整要請段階以後に受信される電圧が、基準電圧の場合には正常受信についての信号を発信する正常電圧信号送信段階と、
5)前記バッテリーセルに充電された状態が、満充電状態であるか否かを判別して、満充電状態の場合には充電を終了する充電終了段階と、
を備えることができる。

Claims (11)
- 無接点電力送信装置の電力信号を無接点で送信する方法であって、
固有ID値呼出信号を含む電力信号を無接点電力受信装置へ送信する段階と、
前記固有ID値呼出信号に対応する信号を待って、感知信号として物体によって生成される負荷変調信号を受信し、前記無接点電力送信装置に物体が置かれたか否かを判別する段階と、
無接点電力受信装置から受信した固有IDに関するデータを分析して判別し、前記物体が無接点電力受信装置であるか否かを確認する段階と、
前記固有IDに関するデータに基づいて、ゲートドライバーモジュールを通じて電力信号を送信する段階と、
充電状態情報を前記無接点電力受信装置に要求して、充電状態情報を前記無接点電力受信装置から受信する段階であって、前記無接点電力受信装置が前記無接点電力送信装置の充電プレートの中央から外側に移動し、相対的に前記無接点電力受信装置で受信される電圧が一時的に弱くなることで受信した電力信号が予め設定した受信電圧より低い場合には、昇圧電力要求信号を受信する段階を備えている、段階と、
前記充電状態情報に基づいて電力を補償するための電力信号の補償周波数を計算して、その補償周波数で電力信号を送信する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記充電状態情報に基づいて電力を補償するための電力信号の補償周波数を計算して、その補償周波数で電力信号を送信する段階が、
前記充電状態情報に含まれる受信電圧情報を認識する段階と、
前記受信電圧情報が予め設定された受信電圧より低い場合には、昇圧電力信号を送信するために補償周波数を計算する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記充電状態情報に基づいて電力を補償するための電力信号の補償周波数を計算して、その補償周波数で電力信号を送信する段階が、
前記充電状態情報に含まれる受信電圧情報を認識する段階と、
前記受信電圧情報が予め設定された受信電圧より高い場合には、減圧電力信号を送信するために補償周波数を計算する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。 - 無接点電力受信装置の電力信号を受信する方法であって、
無接点電力送信装置から固有ID要求信号を受けたときに固有ID値を含む応答信号を送信する段階と、
前記応答信号を送信した後、バッテリーセルを充電している間、前記無接点電力送信装置からの充電状態要求信号を受信する段階と、
前記充電状態要求信号に対して充電状態情報を送信する段階であって、前記無接点電力受信装置が前記無接点電力送信装置の充電プレートの中央から外側に移動し、相対的に前記無接点電力受信装置で受信される電圧が一時的に弱くなることで受信した電力信号が予め設定した受信電圧より低い場合には、昇圧電力要求信号を送信する段階を備えている、段階と、
前記充電状態情報に基づく補償周波数の補償電力信号で前記バッテリーセルを充電する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。 - 請求項4記載の方法において、さらに補償周波数に対する変位幅を予め設定しておくことを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、
前記充電状態要求信号に対して充電状態情報を送信する段階に、前記無接点電力受信装置が前記無接点電力送信装置の充電プレートの外側に位置した状態から中央部分に移動し、相対的に前記無接点電力受信装置で受信される電圧が上昇することで受信した電力信号が予め設定した受信電圧より高い場合には、減圧電力要求信号を送信する段階を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。 - 請求項4記載の方法において、バッテリーがフルに充電されているときには充電を終了する段階を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置を用いた無接点充電方法。
- 無接点電力受信装置の2次側充電コアに電磁的につながる1次側充電コアと、
電力信号を前記無接点電力受信装置に送信するようにしたフルブリッジ共振型コンバーターと、
変換された電力信号が前記フルブリッジ共振型コンバーターに送信されるようにするゲートドライバーモジュールと、
前記無接点電力受信装置から送信された信号を処理する受信信号処理モジュールと、
前記無接点電力受信装置からの充電状態情報を確認し、前記充電状態情報に基づいて電力を補償するための電力信号の補償周波数を計算した後、その補償周波数の電力信号を送信するようにした中央制御部とを備え、
前記電力信号が固有ID値呼出信号を含み、前記固有ID値呼出信号に対応する信号を待って、前記中央制御部が感知信号として物体によって生成される負荷変調信号を受信し、無接点電力送信装置に物体が置かれたか否かを判別して、物体が無接点電力受信装置か否かを確認し、前記無接点電力受信装置が前記無接点電力送信装置の充電プレートの中央から外側に移動し、相対的に前記無接点電力受信装置で受信される電圧が一時的に弱くなることで受信した電力信号が予め設定した受信電圧より低い場合には、受信される昇圧電力要求信号に基づいて、前記補償周波数を再度計算した後、再度計算された前記補償周波数の電力信号を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置。 - 請求項8記載の無接点電力送信装置において、
前記中央制御部は、前記無接点電力受信装置から受信した固有IDに関するデータを分析して判別し、前記固有IDに関するデータに基づいて、前記ゲートドライバーモジュールを通じて電力信号を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置。 - 1次側充電コアから送信された固有ID値呼出信号を含む電力信号に対応する誘導電流を生成する2次側充電コアと、
前記2次側充電コアと繋がれて誘導電流を整流する整流部ブロックと、
バッテリーセルと、
前記整流部ブロックから供給される電流が前記バッテリーセルに充電されるように構成された充電回路部ブロックと、
前記2次側充電コアを通じて受信される電力を監視するように構成された受信電力監視モジュールと、
無接点電力送信装置からの固有ID値要求信号を受信したら固有ID値を含む応答信号を送信し、前記無接点電力送信装置からの充電状態要求信号を受信し、応答信号を送信した後、前記バッテリーセルを充電している間、前記充電状態要求信号に対応して充電状態情報を送信し、前記充電状態情報に基づく補償周波数の補償電力信号で前記バッテリーセルを充電し、前記無接点電力受信装置が前記無接点電力送信装置の充電プレートの中央から外側に移動し、相対的に前記無接点電力受信装置で受信される電圧が一時的に弱くなることで受信した電力信号が予め設定した受信電圧より低い場合には、昇圧電力要求信号を前記無接点電力送信装置に送信するよう構成された電力受信装置制御部と、
を備えていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置。 - 請求項10記載の無接点電力受信装置において、
前記電力受信装置制御部は前記バッテリーセルがフルに充電されているときには充電を終了するよう構成されていることを特徴とする無接点電力受信装置。
