Description
この時点では、大豆は一般的に約12重量パーセントの水分を含むが、大豆の実際の水分含有率は多数の異なる要素により変化する。大豆の水分含有率が約12重量パーセントを超える場合、倉庫への保管前、一般的に大豆は水分含有率が約12重量パーセント未満に低下するよう乾燥にかけられる。大豆の水分含有率が約12重量パーセント未満である限り、大豆は細菌またはカビにより材料劣化することなく、数年間貯蔵可能である。

材料と方法
9つの押し出された飼料を、3つのグループからなる88gのアトランティックサーモンに、84日間、9℃の真水における試験にて給餌した。LT−魚粉の一部を莢をとった大豆ミール(デノファ(Denofa)製造、30パーセントの粗タンパク質を飼料中に含む)またはアクバソイ(AkvaSoy)(本発明のプロセスにより製造された大豆ミール、40パーセントの粗タンパク質を飼料中に含む)に置き換え、そして、大豆食物には乳化剤(0.5パーセントのリン脂質;0.5パーセントの胆汁酸;0.5パーセントのリン脂質+0.5パーセントの胆汁酸)を添加した。飼料の配合および近似の組成を表1および2に示す。
試験結果を表3にまとめる。
乳離れしてから16から20日の792匹のブタを用いて養殖場で試験を行い、アクバソイ(本発明の方法で製造された大豆ミール)または大豆タンパク質濃縮剤(SPC)を、乾燥スキムミルクブレンドの一部代替として給餌する効果を、4フェーズの生育プログラムで評価した。給餌処理は:

処理3−乾燥スキムミルクブレンドから50%のリシンをアクバソイ由来のリシンに代替

処理5−乾燥スキムミルクブレンドから25%のリシンをプロフィン(Profine)−E(SPC)由来のリシンに代替
処理6−乾燥スキムミルクブレンドから50%のリシンをプロフィン−E(SPC)由来のリシンに代替

乾燥スキムミルクを増大するレベルのプロフィン−E(リシン基準において)で代替したとき、毎日の重量増加(P<.05)と飼料転換比率(P<.07)は2次の反応を生じる結果となった。毎日の平均重量増は、25パーセントのプロフィン−Eを代替することにより増加したが、0および50パーセントでは減少した。飼料の増加は、同様のパターンを示した。アクバソイのレベル増加では、成果に有意な差異(P<.10)はなかった。
フェーズ1において、乾燥スキムミルクをリシン基準で増大するレベルのプロフィン−Eで代替したとき、フェーズ2飼料において、給餌:重量増比率に線状の改善(P<.08)を生じる結果となった。前フェーズの飼料において、プロフィン−Eのレベル増加に伴い、ブタは飼料をさらに効率的に転換した。平均の日別増加量および飼料摂取量は、前述のアクバソイ処理の成果に、有意な影響(P<.10)を及ぼさなかった。
フェーズ1において、乾燥スキムを増大するレベルのプロフィン−Eで代替したとき、フェーズ3での毎日の重量増加(P<.02)の反応と、飼料摂取(P<.04)に線状の反応を生じる結果になった。フェーズ1でのプロフィン−Eのレベルを増大すると、成果の増加量(P<.07)が直線反応を示す結果となった。フェーズ1におけるアクバソイのレベルは、フェーズ3での成果に影響しなかった。
前にアクバソイを給餌されたブタは、前にプロフィン−Eを給餌されたものより、17日間のフェーズ4の給餌期間に、4.8パーセント多くの飼料(P<.02)を消費した。フェーズ1において、乾燥スキムミルクを増大するレベルのプロフィン−Eで代替したとき、フェーズ4での毎日の平均飼料摂取に線状の減少(P<.04)を生じる結果になった。しかし、フェーズ1でのリシン基準で増大するレベルのアクバソイによる乾燥スキムミルクの代替は、飼料消費に2次反応(P<.05)を生じる結果となった。フェーズ4の間の飼料摂取量は、フェーズ4で25パーセントのアクバソイを代替することにより増加したが、0および50パーセントでは減少した。
フェーズ1において乾燥スキムミルク、アクバソイ、または、プロフィン−Eを給餌することには、全体的な成果に有意な効果(P<.10)は観察されなかった。しかし、アクバソイを給餌されたブタは、プロフィン−Eを給餌されたものより、46日の給餌期間の終わりに1.2lb重かった(P<.10)。相互作用の中間値は、フェーズ1において、乾燥スキムミルクをレベルを増大したアクバソイにて代替すると、若い雌ブタのADG(P<.08)およびADFI(P<.08)が2次反応を生じる結果となることを示す。
Claims (10)
- 高タンパク質、低可溶糖、油含有大豆ミールを原料大豆から製造する方法において、
A.原料大豆を清浄化、選別および乾燥し、
B.前記清浄化、選別および乾燥した大豆の莢取りをし、
C.前記莢取りした大豆をコンディショニングおよびフレーク化し、
D.前記フレーク化大豆の油含有量を機械的に減じ、大豆油製品および脱脂ケークを製造し、
E.前記脱脂ケークよりエタノールで可溶糖類を抽出し、(i)シロップ製品、および、(ii)ケーク製品、ただし前記ケークは5重量パーセントより低い可溶糖類を含む、を製造し、及び
F.前記シロップ製品をエタノールへと発酵し、得られたエタノールを前記脱脂ケークから可溶糖類を抽出する工程Eで使用することを含む、前記方法。 - 前記フレーク化大豆が圧搾により脱脂される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記フレーク化大豆が、80から110℃の間の温度で圧搾される、請求項2の方法。
- 前記脱脂ケークが、前記可溶糖類の抽出以前に100℃より低い温度に冷却される、請求項3の方法。
- 前記冷却された、脱脂ケークが、最初にミセラと接触する、請求項4の方法。
- 前記5wtパーセントより低い可溶糖類を含むケークが、エタノールを除去するため圧搾され、前記残存エタノールのフラッシュ蒸発にさらされ、クリーム色の粉末へと乾燥され、冷却され、および、磨砕される、請求項5の方法。
- 請求項1の方法で製造された、大豆ミール。
- 魚、エビ、子ブタもしくは子牛の飼料またはペットフードの成分として用いられる、請求項7の大豆ミール。
- 前記脱脂ケークの可溶糖含有率が3重量パーセントを超えない、請求項1の方法。
- 前記脱脂ケークの可溶糖含有率が1重量パーセントを超えない、請求項1の方法。
