Claims (11)
- 円筒状の内側ゴム層の外周側に、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂エラストマー組成物からなる円筒状のフィルム層を配置してなるタイヤ用インナーライナーの製造方法であって、
成形ドラム上に未加硫ゴム層を筒状に巻き付けて前記円筒状の内側ゴム層を成形した後、前記成形ドラム上に巻き付けられた前記内側ゴム層の外周側に熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂エラストマー組成物からなるシート状のフィルム層を筒状に巻き付けて前記円筒状のフィルム層を成形するタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。 - 前記円筒状の内側ゴム層を構成する未加硫ゴム層がストリップ状ゴム層からなり、該ストリップ状ゴム層を螺旋状に巻き付けて前記円筒状の内側ゴム層を成形する請求項1に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記ストリップ状ゴム層を隣接する端部同士が突き合わせ接触または部分的に重なるように螺旋状に巻き付け、該ストリップ状ゴム層の幅W1が5mm〜50mm、隣接する端部の重なり量L1とストリップ状ゴム層の幅W1との比L1/W1が0〜0.8である請求項3に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記円筒状の内側ゴム層を構成する未加硫ゴム層の平均厚さが0.1mm〜3.0mmの範囲である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記シート状のフィルム層の厚さが0.001mm〜0.500mmである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記円筒状の内側ゴム層を構成する未加硫ゴム層のゴムがジエン系ゴム及びオレフィン系ゴムの中から選ばれる請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記タイヤ用インナーライナーは、更に円筒状のフィルム層の外周側に配置した円筒状の外側ゴム層を有し、前記円筒状のフィルム層の外周側に未加硫ゴム層を円筒状に巻き付けて前記円筒状の外側ゴム層を成形する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記円筒状の外側ゴム層を構成する未加硫ゴム層がストリップ状ゴム層からなり、該ストリップ状ゴム層を螺旋状に巻き付けて前記円筒状の外側ゴム層を成形する請求項7に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 円筒状に巻き付けた前記シート状のフィルム層の長手方向両端部を未加硫ゴムからなる接合層を介して重ね合わせ接合する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- 前記接合層の未加硫ゴムがジエン系ゴム及びオレフィン系ゴムの中から選ばれる請求項9に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法。
- インナーライナーを有する空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用インナーライナーの成形方法によりインナーライナーを成形する空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
