基部が内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルの入口部分に取り付けられる筒状の鉗子栓本体と、上記鉗子栓本体の突端入口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる蓋体とが共に弾力性のある部材により形成されて、上記処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通される処置具により押し開かれる閉鎖膜が上記鉗子栓本体と上記蓋体とに設けられた内視鏡の鉗子栓であって、上記鉗子栓本体の外周部に円周溝が形成されて、上記鉗子栓本体の周囲を囲む状態に上記蓋体側から突設された環状壁の先端部分に上記円周溝に対して係脱自在な環状の内方突起が突出形成され、上記蓋体の内方突起部分が、上記鉗子栓本体の外周部に沿って弾性変形して押し広げられた状態でスライドしてから上記円周溝に係合するように構成された内視鏡の鉗子栓において、
