Description
1.(DIN ISO 1133に従って100℃、21.6kgで測定された)MVR−値が2〜300cm3/10分、有利に10〜20cm3/10分の値を有する、50〜95質量%の量の1種以上のホットメルト接着剤
及び
2.ホットメルト接着剤中で溶解しない、50〜5質量%の量の1種以上の充填材
から成り、
前記ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドは、以下のパラメータ:
1.MVR値 2〜6cm3/10分、有利に3〜5cm3/10分
2.DIN EN 14510に従って65℃で測定された表面粘着性(タック) 少なくとも10N〜最大60N、有利に15N、殊に30N
3.DIN 53357に準拠して測定された、表材料及び裏張りに対する接着値(剥離強度) 少なくとも30N/5cm
4.加熱炉中で温度90℃で5分間貯蔵した後に測定された長さの伸び 最大25%、有利に20%未満
を同時に満たす。
1. 75〜95質量%の量の直鎖ポリエステル及び/又は75〜95質量%の量の熱可塑性ポリウレタンと、2. 10〜40%、有利に25〜30%のビニルアセテート含分を有する、0〜25質量%の量のエチレン−ビニルアセテートコポリマー、及び、10〜1000μm、有利に45〜500μmの粒径分布を有する、球形、多角形粒子の形の、又は、45〜1000μm、有利に45〜500μmの長さを有する繊維の形の、無機充填材、鉱物充填材、有機植物性充填材、プラスチック及びそれらの混合物の群から選択された充填材とからの混合物であることを特徴とする。充填材は有利に45〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉であってよい。しかしながら、充填材はチョーク、殊に10〜45μmの粒径分布を有する工業用チョークであってもよいし、又は、プラスチック、例えば45〜500μmの粒径分布を有するポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)であってもよい。
1. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン70質量%、及び、50〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維(ピナスピネア)30質量%
2. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン80質量%、及び、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維20質量%
3. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン70質量%、及び、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維30質量%
4. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン60質量%、及び、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維40質量%
5. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン65質量%、EVA 5質量%、及び、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維30質量%
6. 190℃で負荷10kgで測定された20〜35cm3/10分のMVR値を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン70質量%、及び、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉もしくは繊維30質量%
7. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン70質量%、及び、平均粒径45μmのOmya社の市販の工業用チョーク30質量%
8. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン70質量%、及び、50〜500μmの粒径分布を有する充填材としての粉砕されたポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)30質量%
9. 190℃で負荷10kgで測定された20〜35cm3/10分のMVR値を有する熱可塑性ポリウレタン
10. 80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン
11. 40000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトン
12. 28%のビニルアセテート含分及び190℃/2.16kgでの150g/10分のMFIを有するエチレン−ビニルアセテートコポリマー

n.n(1)=材料があまりにも不安定であるため認めることができず、前活性化、即ち高温で処理することができない。
本発明による適当な材料1、3、5及び8は、これらが4つの全ての基準において、いわゆる「製造ウィンドウ(Produktfenster)」内にある目標値を満たすことが際立っているのに対して、純粋な原料、生成物9、10、11及び12、並びに、EP183192号及びDE2621195号に記載されている材料13及び14は、支持体のない、少なくとも1つの基準を逸脱する製品であり、使用することができず、この製造ウィンドウの外に見い出すことができる。
ホットメルト接着剤である80000g/モルの平均分子量を有するポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトンを、温度約180℃で溶融する。充填材である、5〜30%の量の、150〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉−繊維混合物を、計量供給装置を用いて撹拌及び混練下に高温溶融物中に搬入し、湿気及び放出されるガスを脱気装置を用いて吸引する。可塑性材料が生じ、この可塑性材料を更に真空脱気する。最終的に、そのように処理された可塑性材料を多段のロールカレンダーに供給し、その際、ロールカレンダーの個々の段階の温度は、最初が40℃で最後が20℃未満の低下する温度プロフィールを有する。このカレンダー中で可塑性材料を平坦に圧延し、冷却した後にカレンダーから平坦な長尺物の形で取り出す。そのようにして得られた平坦な材料を、通常の方法で、型抜き及び削りによって後加工し、靴のための補強部材(つま先キャップ/かかとキャップ)にすることができる。その後、型抜き及び削りの際に生じる屑を収集し、荒破砕(屑処理(Haeckselprozess))の後に、再度製造プロセスに直接供給するか、又はそれとは別に、粉砕して粉末にし、補強材料の製造のための粉末技術において原料として使用することができる。
Claims (11)
- ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの形の靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料において、前記ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドが、以下
a.65〜70質量%の量のポリ(イプシロン)−カプロラクトンと、10〜40質量%のビニルアセテート含分を有する、0〜5質量%の量のエチレン−ビニルアセテートコポリマー、これは(DIN ISO 1133に従って100℃、21.6kgで測定された)MVR−値が10〜20cm3/10分の値を有する、
及び
b.ホットメルト接着剤中で溶解しない、30質量%の量で添加される充填材、これは球形、多角形粒子の形の、50〜500μmの粒径分布を有する木粉、繊維、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びそれらの混合物の群から選択される、
から成り、
ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドが、以下のパラメータ:
1.MVR値 2〜6cm3/10分
2.DIN EN 14610に従って65℃で測定された表面粘着性/タック 少なくとも10N〜最大60N

- ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの長さの伸びが、温度90℃で測定した場合20%未満である、請求項1記載の補強材料。
- 請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの形の靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法において、ホットメルト接着剤を溶融させ、充填材を、計量供給装置を用いて撹拌及び混練下に高温溶融物中に搬入し、この場合、湿気及び放出されるガスを脱気装置を用いて吸引し、このようにして生じる可塑性材料を更に真空脱気し、そのように処理された可塑性材料を後加工に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの形の靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法。
- 請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの形の靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法において、ホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドを造粒し、顆粒を再度溶融させ、引き続き、押出し又はカレンダー加工により後加工して平坦な箔にすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの形の靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法。
- 請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドを含む靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法において、原料としてのホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドを射出成形機中で後加工して補強部材にする、請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドを含む靴製造のための熱可塑性補強材料の製造法。
- 補強部材の二次加工のために使用する平坦な箔を製造するための、50〜1000μmの粒径分布を有する微粉末の形の請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの使用。
- 3次元の補強部材を製造するための、50〜1000μmの粒径分布を有する微粉末の形の請求項1記載のホットメルト接着剤/充填材コンパウンドの使用。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の補強材料を含む靴。
