Description
Claims (7)
- 渦巻状の第一エレメントと、カップラと、渦巻状の第二エレメントと、別のカップラと、圧縮性のシールと、複数の留め金とを具備するフィルタ装置であって:
前記第一エレメントは細長くて硬質の外側のラップに囲まれた渦巻状に巻かれた膜を備えていて;
前記カップラは前記第一エレメントと接続していて、中心サポートと、前記中心サポートから外向きに延伸している複数のスポークと、端部において前記スポークと接続しているリムとを備えていて、前記リムは、前記外側のラップの半径に一致している半径の円を形成しており、前記リムは前記硬質の外側のラップ軸に対して直交している平面にある面を有していて、前記面がチャンネルを有しており、前記リムが平らな表面を提供していて、前記表面に沿って円周方向に離間して配置された複数のレセプタクルを備えており;
前記第二エレメントは前記硬質のラップに包まれた渦巻状に巻かれた膜を備えていて;
前記別のカップラが前記第二エレメントと接続しており、中心サポートと、前記中心サポートから外向きに延伸している複数のスポークと、端部において前記スポークと接続しているリムとを備えていて、前記リムは、前記外側のラップの半径に一致している半径の円を形成しており、前記リムは前記硬質の外側のラップ軸に対して直交している平面にある面を有していて、前記面がチャンネルを有しており、前記リムが平らな表面を提供していて、前記表面に沿って円周方向に離間して配置された複数のレセプタクルを備えており;
前記別のカップラが前記カップラに対面して取り付けられるようになっており、前記圧縮性のシールは前記チャンネルにより提供された開口部に位置決めされていて;
前記別のカップラが前記カップラに対面して整列して取り付けられるようになっており、前記複数の留め金は前記カップラのレセプタクルにより提供された開口部と、前記別のカップラのレセプタクルにより提供された開口部とに位置決めされ、従って前記エレメントは、一方のエレメントに作用された力が別のエレメントにも作用するように接続されている;
フィルタ装置。 - 前記第一及び第二エレメントが、ハウジングの中に取り付けられるようになっていて、前記カップラ及び別のカップラは、前記リムの前記平らな表面を囲んで延在している隆起したパッドを含んでいて、前記隆起したパッドは、前記ハウジングに係合するための複数の接触表面を提供している、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第一及び第二エレメントが前記渦巻状の膜の中心を貫通して延在している貫通チューブを含んでいて、前記中心サポートは、前記貫通チューブに受容されるようになっているハブを備えている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記第一及び第二エレメントを受容するための内表面及び外表面を有し、かつ流入端部及び流出端部を有しているケーシングと;
前記流入端部に最も近いカップラに対して剛であり、前記流入端部方向に延伸しているアームであって、前記ケーシングの内表面に対面している開口部を提供する円周方向に延在するチャンネルを備えているアームと;
前記円周方向に延在するチャンネルの端部上方に延在し、前記内表面に向かって延伸している、円周方向に延在しているフレキシブルなコンポーネントであることを特徴とするシールと;を具備し、
前記流入端部に流入する流体が、前記ケーシングに対して流体気密シールを形成するために、前記フレキシブルなコンポーネントに対して力を作用している、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記流出端部に最も近接している前記エレメントの端部にスラスト・スリーブと、前記流出端部方向における前記エレメントの軸方向移動を防ぐ前記ケーシングに対して剛な固定構造体とを含んでいる、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記シールがV字形であって、前記V字形の開いた方がフィルタ装置の入口端部に対面するように配置されている、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記シールはV字形であって、前記V字形の開いた方が前記流入端部に面している、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
