本発明により水素分離膜5を通して製造した純度99.99%以上の高純度水素は、燃料電池自動車あるいは定置用燃料電池等の燃料電池向け燃料として用いることができるが、その一部を脱水素反応器2にリサイクルし、脱水素反応に必要な流通水素として用いる。なお、高純度水素は、脱水素反応器2に導入する前に、予め熱交換器3を通して予熱しておくことが好ましい。
