Description
Claims (6)
- 可視から近赤外領域にある複数波長の混合光を被検体へ照射する光照射手段と,
前記光照射手段から照射され被検体内部を伝播した前記複数波長の透過光を受光する受光手段と,
前記受光手段による受光信号から前記複数波長の透過光信号をそれぞれ分離して検出する検出手段と,
前記光照射手段と前記受光手段の間の計測点に関し,前記複数波長の透過光信号から第1の吸光物質の濃度と第2の吸光物質の濃度を算出する生体情報算出手段と,
前記第1の吸光物質の濃度の変化量と前記第2の吸光物質の濃度の変化量の比率が一定になるよう,前記第1の吸光物質の濃度と前記第2の吸光物質の濃度の一方あるいは両方を補正する制御手段を有することを特徴とする生体光計測装置。 - 請求項1記載の生体光計測装置において,期間を入力する入力手段を有し,前記比率は,前記入力された期間内で,刺激に応じて変化した前記第1の吸光物質の濃度の変化量と前記第2の吸光物質の濃度の変化量の比率であることを特徴とする生体光計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の生体光計測装置において,前記制御手段は,刺激前の前記第1の吸光物質の濃度又は第2の吸光物質の濃度と刺激後の前記第1の吸光物質の濃度又は第2の吸光物質の濃度を統計的に比較してその差が統計的に有意になった期間を決定し,前記期間内で前記補正を行うことを特徴とする生体光計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の生体光計測装置において,前記光照射手段及び前記受光手段を複数有し,前記制御部は,複数の計測点における前記補正された生体情報を画像として出力することを特徴とする生体光計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の生体光計測装置において,前記複数波長のうちの2つの波長は680〜760 nmの範囲と810〜850 nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする生体光計測装置。
- 請求項1記載の生体光計測装置において,前記第1の物質は酸素化ヘモグロビンであり,前記第2の物質は脱酸素化ヘモグロビンであることを特徴とする生体光計測装置。
