Description
例えば、C,Cr,Co,Cu,Er,Fe,Ho,Mn,Nb,Ni,Pr,Tm,Ti,V等の酸化物群と安定化剤を含む酸化ジルコニウムによる着色ジルコニア焼結体が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1)。ジルコニア焼結体を単に黒色化するだけであればいかなる着色元素も使うことは可能であるが、用いる元素種類及びその添加量によって、焼結体の強度、色調が異なるという問題があった。
単斜晶率(%)=(Im(111)+Im(11−1))/(Im(111)+Im(11−1)+It(111))×100
ここで、Im(111)は単斜晶の(111)の回折線強度、Im(11−1)は単斜晶の(11−1)の回折強度、It(111)は正方晶の(111)の回折強度である。
東ソー株式会社製ジルコニア粉末TZ−3YS−E(5.35重量%のY2O3で安定化されたジルコニア以外に、Al2O3を0.25重量%含有し、BET比表面積は6m2/g)に、着色剤としてCo,Zn,Fe及びAlの硝酸塩水溶液にアンモニア水を添加して得られる共沈物をろ過,水洗した後、乾燥した乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成(Co0.68Zn0.32)(Fe0.70Al0.30)2O4)を3.5重量%用い、Al2O3粉末を別途0.5重量%加え、ボールミルで湿式混合した後、乾燥して混合粉末を得た。
着色剤として乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成(Co0.68Zn0.32)(Fe0.70Al0.30)2O4)を3.5重量%加え、更に市販のAl2O3粉末を1.0重量%加えた以外は実施例1と同様の条件で2時間焼結した。
着色剤として乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成Co(Fe0.50Al0.50)2O4)を3.5重量%加えた以外は実施例1と同様の条件で2時間焼結した。
着色剤として、Crを含有する乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成Co(Fe0.64Cr0.36)2O4)を3.5重量%用いた以外は実施例1と同様の条件で2時間焼結した。
東ソー株式会社製ジルコニア粉末TZ−3.5YS−E(6.25重量%のY2O3で安定化されたジルコニア以外に、Al2O30.25重量%含有し、BET比表面積は6m2/g)を用い、着色剤としてCrを含む共沈物を1350℃で焼成したCo(Fe0.64Cr0.36)2O4を3.5重量%加え、他は同じ条件で2時間焼結した。
着色剤としてAl、Znを成分として含まない乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成CoFe2O4)を3.5重量%用い、ジルコニア粉末にTZ−3YS(5.35重量%のY2O3で安定化され、BET比表面積は6m2/g)を用いた以外は同じ条件で2時間焼結した。
ジルコニア粉末TZ−3YS−E(5.35重量%のY2O3で安定化されたジルコニア以外に、Al2O30.25重量%含有し、BET比表面積は6m2/g)、着色剤として乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成CoFe2O4)を3.5重量%加え、他は同様の条件で2時間焼結した。
ジルコニア粉末TZ−3YS−E(5.35重量%のY2O3で安定化されたジルコニア以外に、Al2O30.25重量%含有し、BET比表面積は6m2/g)、着色剤として乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成(Co0.56Zn0.44)Fe2O4)を3.5重量%用い、他は同じ条件で2時間焼結した。
ジルコニア粉末TZ−3YS(5.35重量%のY2O3で安定化され、BET比表面積は6m2/g)、ZnとAl含有量が多く、本発明の範囲から組成がずれた着色剤の乾燥粉末(焼成後の組成(Co0.42Zn0.58)(Fe0.71Al0.29)2O4))を3.5重量%加え、他は同じ条件で2時間焼結した。
Claims (11)
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)を含んでなる着色剤が2〜6重量%、Al2O3を0.05〜6重量%、Y2O3を3.60〜7.10重量%を含んでなるジルコニア含有粉末。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)がスピネル結晶構造である請求項1のジルコニア含有粉末。
- 着色剤がCo,Zn,Fe及びAlの共沈処理物である請求項1〜2のジルコニア含有粉末。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)を含んでなる着色剤が2〜6重量%、Al2O3を0.05〜6重量%、Y2O3を3.60〜7.10重量%を含んでなる黒色ジルコニア焼結体。
- 相対密度が99.0%以上である請求項4の黒色ジルコニア焼結体。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)がスピネル結晶構造である請求項4〜5黒色ジルコニア焼結体。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)で示されるスピネル相と、Al2O3もしくは着色剤元素の一部がAl2O3に固溶した相とが焼結体表面に分散してなることを特徴とする請求項4〜6に記載の黒色ジルコニア焼結体。
- 表面を鏡面研磨後、焼結温度より50℃低い温度でエッチング処理を1時間行った後の焼結体表面のポアの生成率が50%以下である請求項4〜7に記載の黒色ジルコニア焼結体。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)を含んでなる黒色ジルコニア焼結体用着色剤。
- (Co1−xZnx)(Fe1−yAly)2O4(0<x≦0.5、0<y≦0.5)がスピネル結晶構造である請求項9の黒色ジルコニア焼結体用着色剤。
- 着色剤がCo,Zn,Fe及びAlの共沈処理物である請求項9又は10の黒色ジルコニア焼結体用着色剤。
