Claims (4)
- 鉄系原料粉末を圧粉成形し、得られた圧粉体を1000〜1300℃で焼結してなる貫通孔を有した本体部の製造工程と、
銅系原料粉末を前記本体部の貫通孔と一致する貫通孔を有するとともに外周に切り込みを有した形状に圧粉成形する摺動部の成形工程と、
前記本体部の製造工程により得られた本体部と、前記摺動部の成形工程により得られた摺動部とを、前記本体部の貫通孔と前記摺動部の貫通孔とを一致するよう重ねた状態で、両者を600〜1000℃に加熱して前記摺動部を焼結するとともに両者の接触部において固相で拡散接合する一体化焼結工程と、
前記一体化焼結工程により得られた複合焼結機械部品に水蒸気処理を施して前記本体部の気孔を封孔する水蒸気処理工程
とを経ることを特徴とする複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。 - 前記水蒸気処理工程の後に、前記摺動部の気孔および前記本体部と摺動部との接合界面の隙間に樹脂を含浸する樹脂含浸工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。
- 前記本体部が凸部あるいは凹部を有しているとともに、前記摺動部が前記本体部の凸部と嵌合する凹部あるいは孔部、または前記本体部の凹部と嵌合する凸部を有した形状とされ、前記一体化工程において、これらの凹凸などを嵌合させることにより、前記本体部および摺動部の各貫通孔が一致されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合焼結機械部品の製造方法。
- ブロック状の一端から他端の手前まで延びているピストン用有底円筒状シリンダおよび該シリンダの内底面からブロック状の他端に通じている通路用貫通孔並びにブロック状の他端で相手部材に対し摺動する摺動面を備えているシリンダブロックにおいて、
前記シリンダおよび前記貫通孔を形成しているとともに、水蒸気処理により気孔が封孔された鉄系焼結材料製の本体部と、
前記本体部の貫通孔と一致する貫通孔および前記摺動面を形成しているとともに、前記本体部の他端に固相拡散接合により一体化している外周に切り込みを有する銅系焼結材料製の摺動部とからなることを特徴とするシリンダブロック。
