【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は芳香剤や薬剤を必要な時、簡単な操作で発散させることができる小型発散具に関する。
芳香剤とは天然の動物性・植物性香料および合成香料を調合して得た調合香料および、これを溶剤に溶解したものである。一般的に使用される溶剤としてはアルコールが挙げられるが、香料の発散を調整する目的で多価アルコールを使用する事もできる。多価アルコールとしてはジプロピレングリコール、ヘキシレングルコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3-ブタンジオール等が使用できる。薬剤とは殺虫剤や防虫剤または忌避剤等が代表例である。

【従来の技術】
従来の薬剤や香料の発散具はその容器をエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)の分子構造の特徴を利用して、芳香等の揮発を求めたが、上記ビニルアセテートの樹脂を通過して芳香等の揮発成分が外に出るまでに数時間を要しており実際の使用には供することができなかった。又揮発成分が抜けるに従い容器が変形していく欠点も有していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が解決しようとする第一の課題は従来のこれらの問題点を解消し、薬剤や芳香品を必要な時、簡単な操作で迅速に発散させることができる小型発散具を提供することにある。第二の課題は長期間保存しても中の薬剤や芳香品が揮発したり劣化することのない発散具である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる課題を解決した本発明の構成は
1)細長筒状で一端にだけ発散穴を設けた可撓性容器内に薬剤や芳香剤等を充填した細長筒状の破割性ガラスアンプルが収容されているとともに前記可撓性容器内の前記発散穴の内側部に沿って吸収性素材を収容した事を特徴とした薬剤や芳香剤発散具。
2)前記発散穴が1つである事を特徴とする請求項1記載の薬剤や芳香剤発散具。
3)可撓性容器をイヤリング・指輪・ブレスレット・ネックレス・ペンダント等の装飾品の形状とした薬剤や芳香剤発散具。
4)フック、ピン、クリップ等の取付け金具をつけた穴つき外側容器に収納されている薬剤や芳香剤発散具。
5)吸盤あるいは滑り止めを付けた穴つき外側容器に収納されている薬剤や芳香剤発散具。
6)携帯電話の紐の部分に掛止した穴つき飾り物の中に着脱自在に収納されている薬剤や芳香剤発散具。

【作用】
容器は透明でも不透明でも着色されたものでもかまわないが、たわむ素材であればよい。一般的にはポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ナイロン、塩化ビニル等の樹脂を使用する。
図1では円筒状の容器であるがその形状に限定するものではない。同容器には発散穴を図1に示すように一ヶ所設けてもよいし、容器表面に複数個所設けてもよい。
使用目的により、香料や薬剤はその成分の揮発の持続性が異なるため、その穴の径の大小やその数は定めるものとする。香料はその性質により持続性が異なるため同一速度で揮発させ、かつ長時間保持させるために適当な保留剤を使用する。薬剤の中の殺虫剤としては除虫菊や合成ピレトリンを代表とするピレスロイドがある。そのなかでアレスリン、フタルスリン、レスメトリン等がある。
防虫剤あるいは忌避剤としてはフタル酸ジメチルエステル、2−エチル−1.3−ヘキサンジオール、シメチル・カーベイト、N,N−ジエチルスクシンアミド酸ノルマルプロピルエステル等があるがこれらに限定するものではない。
又、この防虫剤には繊維製品の防虫剤も含まれる。芳香剤は液体芳香剤を使用し、香水やオーデコロン等や癒しのにおいが出るものも含まれる。破割性ガラスアンプルは指の力で破割できる薄肉のものを使用する。ガラスの厚みは0.1〜0.4mmが最適である。
ガラスアンプルを使用する事により、アルコール類その他の揮発成分を含んでいる薬剤や芳香剤が高温多湿の条件下でも長期間品質の安定が維持される。
吸収性素材とは天然又は合成繊維質あるいは多孔質よりなる素材であり、薬剤等を一時的に吸収するものである。
図1に示すように発散穴の近くに装着してもよいし、ガラスアンプルの回りに巻き付けることもある。
使用に際しては、可撓性容器を指等の力で曲げて中にあるガラスアンプルが破割し、薬剤あるいは芳香剤が漏出る。出た液体は一旦吸収性素材にとどまるが揮発成分は小穴を通して徐々に発散していく。
なお、吸収性素材は破割されたガラスの破片が容器から飛び出すのを防止する目的も有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
円筒状可撓性容器の長さ20mm〜200mm、外径3mm〜12mm、肉厚0.2mm〜3mmの一端又は両端に小さな発散穴を設ける。発散穴の内側に吸収性素材を詰める。
ガラスアンプルは容器にそって細長い形状とし溶封口はとがっている。薬剤等の揮発成分を含んだ液体をアンプルに充填溶封するにはアンプルの先端開口部を細くし、液剤を入れた後、一瞬にして開口部を熱で溶かし溶封する方法が最適である。しかし、この製法に限定されるものではない。
上記の様に容器全体が細長い円筒状となっている為、手で容易に曲げることが出来るため、ガラスアンプルも簡単に破れ、出てきた薬剤等が吸収性素材に吸収された後、揮発成分が穴より徐々に発散される。

以下本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。

図2は表面に複数の穴をあけた金属又はプラスチック製よりなる中空のペンダントに請求項1の発散具を挿入した図である。
図3は筆記具の先端の穴付ねじ式キャップを介して請求項1の発散具をセットした図である。
図4は外径φ5mm長さ180mmのポリエチレン製パイプ内に香料が封入された細長いガラスアンプル及び吸収素材を入れ、パイプの側面に発散穴を設けたものをジョイント部品と共に販売し、使用時はパイプ全体を曲げてガラスアンプルを破砕し、パイプの両端をジョイントで連結してブレスレットの形状とした図である。
図5は防虫剤の入った発散具を裏面にフックを付けた穴つき外側容器に着脱自在に納めた図である。
図6は穴を設けた蓋つき外側容器内に発散具をセットした浴室用芳香具の図である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば小型もできる構造であり、使用に際して簡単な操作で徐々に薬剤や芳香剤の成分を揮発させることが出来、かつ長期間の保存も可能な使い捨て商品を提供できる。また、異なった薬剤又は異なるにおいの芳香剤をそれぞれ別々のアンプルに封入しておけば、TPOに合った効果的な発散具を選択し、使用できる効果も有する。
