Description
Claims (13)
- 熱い排ガスを送るための領域(14)を自身に隣接して内側に有する第1のハウジング(12)と、
前記第1のハウジングを少なくとも部分的に囲む第2のハウジング(16)であって、被加熱媒体が、前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとの間の隙間(18)を通って流れる第2のハウジング(16)と、
前記隙間(18)に配置され、かつ前記排ガスと前記被加熱媒体との間の温度差によって電圧を生成するのに適した熱電モジュール(TEM)(100)と、
を備えた暖房装置(10)であって、
前記熱電モジュール(100)が、熱交換器(26)および弾性手段(42)を介して前記第2のハウジング(16)に支持され、前記弾性手段(42)が前記熱交換器(26)の前記第2のハウジングに面する側に設けられることを特徴とする暖房装置(10)。 - 熱い排ガスを送るための領域に隣接する内側を有する第1のハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジングを少なくとも部分的に囲む第2のハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとの間の隙間であって、当該隙間を流れる被加熱媒体を受け入れるように設けられる隙間と、
前記隙間に設けられる熱電モジュール(TEM)であって、前記排ガスと前記被加熱媒体との間の温度差によって電圧を生成するのに適した熱電モジュール(TEM)(100)と、
対向する第1サイド及び第2サイドを有するプレートであって、第1サイドを介して前記熱電モジュール(TEM)に接続されるプレートと、
前記プレートの前記第2サイドに設けられる弾性手段であって、前記第1のハウジングの熱接触部に対して前記熱電モジュール(TEM)を接続させる弾性手段と、を備える暖房装置(10)。 - 前記熱電モジュール(100)が、熱交換器(26)と、前記熱交換器を支持しかつ弾性手段(42)を備えたプレート(40)とを介して、前記第2のハウジングに支持されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記熱交換器、および弾性手段を備えた前記プレートが、一体型に製造されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の暖房装置。
- 弾性接続部が、カップスプリング(42)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記第1のハウジング(12)と熱交換器(26)との間の機械的な接続部が、断熱材(50)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の暖房装置(10)。
- 前記断熱材が、酸化アルミニウムおよび/またはムライトを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記第1のハウジングと前記熱交換器との間の前記機械的な接続部が、前記被加熱媒体に対して前記熱電モジュール(100)を封止するために、および熱により引き起こされる膨張を補償するために適した封止装置(52)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記第1のハウジングならびに前記断熱材および/または前記封止装置が、一体型に製造されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記熱交換器ならびに前記断熱材および/または前記封止装置が、一体型に製造されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の暖房装置。
- 熱伝導手段が、前記熱電モジュール(100)と前記第1のハウジング(12)との間、および/または前記熱電モジュール(100)と熱交換器(26)との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の暖房装置(10)。
- 前記熱伝導手段が、熱伝導ペーストを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の暖房装置。
- 前記熱伝導手段が、熱伝導箔を有することを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の暖房装置。
