Claims (3)
- 流体回路用弁において、
第1端と第2端とを有し、その第1端と第2端とに加えられた流体圧力に応じて、流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置との間で移動可能である主弁要素と、
主弁要素と操作可能に関連し、主弁要素を流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置の1つに向かって移動させるソレノイド機構と、
ソレノイド機構によって生じた移動に対抗して、主弁要素を付勢するように構成された主弁バネと、
主弁要素の移動を開始する流体圧力に応じて、流体を主弁要素の第1端に連通させるように構成された逃し弁要素と、
中心穴を有する弁体であって、主弁要素がその中心穴内に配置される弁体と、
中心穴内に配置され、ソレノイド機構によって移動可能なパイロット弁要素であって、中心穴が主弁要素の第2端をパイロット弁要素と流体連通するパイロット弁要素と、
中心穴内に配置され、主弁要素をパイロット弁要素に接続させるバネと、
を含む弁。 - 流体回路は、液圧シリンダーとタンクとを有し、弁はさらに
液圧シリンダーを主弁要素に連通させるように構成された第1流体通路と、
タンクを主弁要素に連通させるように構成された第2流体通路であって、前記主弁要素が流れ遮断位置から離れているとき、前記液圧シリンダーからタンクに流体を流し得る第2流体通路と、
を含む請求項1に記載の弁。 - 流体回路において、
液圧シリンダーと、
加圧流体のパイロット源と、
流体の供給分を保持するように構成されたタンクと、
弁と
を含み、弁は
中心穴を有する弁体と、
中心穴内に配置され、第1端と第2端とを有し、その第1端と第2端とに加えられた流体圧力に応じて、流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置との間で移動可能である主弁要素と、
中心穴内に配置されたパイロット弁要素であって、中心穴が主弁要素の第2端をパイロット弁要素に流体連通するパイロット弁要素と、
主弁要素をパイロット弁要素に接続させるように、中心穴内に配置されたバネと、
パイロット弁要素を移動させ、これによって、接続された主弁要素を流れ通過位置と流れ遮断位置の1つに向かって移動させるように構成されたソレノイド機構と、
ソレノイド機構によって生じた移動と対抗して、主弁要素を付勢するように構成された主弁バネと、
連通された流体の圧力に応じて、流体を主弁要素の第1端に連通させるように構成された逃し弁要素であって、連通された流体の圧力が主弁要素の移動を開始させる逃し弁要素と、
液圧シリンダーからの流体を主弁要素と連通させるように構成された第1流体通路と、
主弁要素をタンクと連通させるように構成された第2流体通路であって、流れ遮断位置から離れている主弁要素が液圧シリンダーからタンクに流体を流し得る第2流体通路と、
逃し弁要素を主弁要素の第1端に連通させる第3流体通路と、
加圧流体のパイロット源と、逃し弁要素と、主弁要素の第1端とを連通させる第4流体通路と、
加圧流体のパイロット源を主弁要素の第2端に選択的に連通させる第5流体通路と、
加圧流体のパイロット源を主弁要素の第2端に選択的に連通させる第6流体通路と、
流体圧力に応じて、主弁要素の第2端から第5流体通路への一方向流れを可能にするために、第6流体通路内に配置されたチェック弁要素と、
弁体内に配置され、パイロット弁要素の出口を主弁要素の出口に選択的に連通させるように構成された第7流体通路であって、パイロット弁要素は、パイロット弁要素が第1流れ通過位置にあるとき、主弁要素の第2端と連通する流体をタンクに選択的に排出させ、パイロット弁要素が第2流れ通過位置にあるとき、加圧流体をパイロット源から主弁要素の第2端に選択的に流し得るように構成された第7流体通路と
を含む流体回路。
