Claims (6)
- ケーシング(4)に回転可能に装着されるプーリ(1)と、
前記ケーシング(4)から外部に突出する回転軸(3)の先端部に設けられ、前記回転軸と一体に回転するハブ(2)とを備え、前記プーリ(1)から前記回転軸(3)へ動力を伝達する動力伝達装置であって、
前記ハブ(2)は、
前記回転軸(3)に固定されたインナーハブ(2c)と、
前記インナーハブ(2c)より外周側に配置されるアウターリング(2b)と、
前記インナーハブ(2c)と前記アウターリング(2b)とともに一体成形されるトルク伝達用弾性部材(2d、2a)とにより構成され、
一体成形のための注入ゲートの痕跡であるゲート跡(2f、2g、2h)は、前記アウターリング(2b)位置あるいは前記アウターリング(2b)より外周側に形成されることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記トルク伝達用弾性部材(2d、2a)は、前記インナーハブ(2c)と前記アウターリング(2b)間の円筒部(2d)と、前記アウターリング(2b)の外周に設けられるハブ側凹凸部(2a)からなり、
前記プーリ(1)は、該ハブ側凹凸部(2a)と凹凸嵌合するプーリ側凹凸部(1a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ゲート跡(2f)は、前記アウターリング(2b)の端部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ゲート跡(2g)は、前記アウターリング(2b)の外周面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ゲート跡(2h)は、ハブ側凹凸部(2a)の側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- さらに、前記回転軸(3)に嵌合され、前記プーリ(1)と前記回転軸(3)との間の過大なトルク伝達を遮断するトルクリミッタ(9)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
