Description
前記再生医療用器具及び前記トレイを密封した包材を含み、前記再生医療用器具、トレイ並びに包材は滅菌されたものである再生医療用器具の包装体に関する。さらに、本発明は再生医療用器具の処理方法にも及ぶ。
[1] 再生医療用器具を搬送するための包装体であって、
生体内分解吸収性高分子の乾燥した成形体を含む再生医療用器具;
液体を貯留する液槽を備えたトレイ;並びに、
前記再生医療用器具及び前記トレイを密封した包材
を含み、
前記再生医療用器具、トレイ並びに包材は滅菌されたものである
再生医療用器具の包装体、
[2] 再生医療用器具が、液槽内の底面又は側壁に配置された[1]に記載の包装体、
[3] さらに、再生医療用器具を固定する固定手段を備え、
前記再生医療用器具を前記固定手段で固定した[2]に記載の包装体、
[4] 液槽が、第1の液槽と、前記第1の液槽の底面に備えた第2の液槽を含み、
固定手段が、凹溝と、凸部からなり、
前記凹溝は、前記第1の液槽の底面に、前記第2の液槽における対向した側壁から延出するように備え、
前記凸部は、再生医療用器具を固定するように凹溝の上壁部に備えた
[3]に記載の包装体、
[5] 生体内分解吸収性高分子が、コラーゲンである[1]に記載の包装体、
[6] 成形体が、糸で構成された構造体である[1]に記載の包装体、
[7] 構造体が、コイル体である[6]に記載の包装体、
[8] さらに、液体を収容した容器を備えた[1]に記載の包装体、
[9] 液体を収容した容器を、液槽内に配置した[8]に記載の包装体、
[10] さらに、脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤を備え、
前記脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤は、再生医療用器具及びトレイと共に包材で密封した[1]に記載の包装体、
[11]トレイが、液槽を支持する脚壁部をさらに備え、前記液槽の底面を前記脚壁部の下端よりも高くすることにより、前記脚壁部と前記液槽の底面で囲われたスペースを形成したものであり、
前記スペースに、脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤を配置した
[10]に記載の包装体、
並びに[12] 生体内分解吸収性高分子の乾燥した成形体を含む再生医療用器具;
液体を貯留する液槽を備えたトレイ;並びに、
前記再生医療用器具及びトレイを密封した包材
を含み、
前記再生医療用器具、前記トレイ、並びに、前記包材は滅菌されたものである再生医療用器具の包装体を用いた再生医療用器具の処理方法であって、
(i) 前記包材を除去する工程;及び
(ii) 前記トレイの液槽に液体を注ぎ、前記再生医療用器具を前記液体に浸漬する工程
を含む再生医療用器具の処理方法に関する。
図1は、本発明の一実施態様である。トレイは、直方体状の液槽21と、液槽の底面に再生医療用器具1を固定する爪状の固定手段22を備える。この固定手段22により、再生医療用器具1を狭持により固定することができる。尚、図面を見やすくするため包材を省略しているが、再生医療用器具1及びトレイ2は包材により密封される。
図2は、図1とは異なる他の本発明の一実施態様である。トレイ2は、液槽21と、再生医療用器具1を固定する固定手段22及び脚壁部23を備える。液槽21は、第1の液槽211と、第1の液槽211の底面よりも深い底面を有する第2の液槽212を備える。固定手段22は、凹溝221と凸部222の組み合わせにより構成される。凹溝221は、第1の液槽211の底面に、第2の液槽212において対向する壁面から外側に延出するように設ける。さらに、凸部222は、凹溝221の上壁部に備える。この凹溝221と凸部222で再生医療用器具1を係止することにより固定することができる。尚、図面を見やすくするため包材を省略しているが、再生医療用器具1及びトレイ2は包材により密封される。

Claims (11)
- 再生医療用器具を搬送するための包装体であって、
生体内分解吸収性高分子の乾燥した成形体を含む再生医療用器具;
液体を貯留する液槽及び前記液槽に狭持する構造又は凹溝及び凸部との組み合わせによる構造である固定手段を備えたトレイ; 並びに、
前記再生医療用器具及び前記トレイを密封した包材を含み、
前記再生医療用器具、トレイ並びに包材は滅菌されたものであり、
前記再生医療用器具が前記固定手段で固定され、
前記再生医療用器具が、液体への浸漬により、軟化することで、前記固定手段から取り外すことが可能になることを特徴とする
再生医療用器具の包装体。 - 再生医療用器具が、液槽内の底面又は側壁に配置された請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 液槽が、第1の液槽と、前記第1の液槽の底面に備えた第2の液槽を含み、
固定手段が、凹溝と、凸部からなり、
前記凹溝は、前記第1の液槽の底面に、前記第2の液槽における対向した側壁から延出するように備え、
前記凸部は、再生医療用器具を固定するように凹溝の上壁部に備えた
請求項2に記載の包装体。 - 生体内分解吸収性高分子が、コラーゲンである請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 成形体が、糸で構成された構造体である請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 構造体が、コイル体である請求項5に記載の包装体。
- さらに、液体を収容した容器を備えた請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 液体を収容した容器を、液槽内に配置した請求項7に記載の包装体。
- さらに、脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤を備え、
前記脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤は、再生医療用器具及びトレイと共に包材で密封した請求項1に記載の包装体。 - トレイが、液槽を支持する脚壁部をさらに備え、
前記液槽の底面を前記脚壁部の下端よりも高くすることにより、前記脚壁部と前記液槽の底面で囲われたスペースを形成したものであり、
前記スペースに、脱酸素剤及び/又は吸湿剤を配置した
請求項9に記載の包装体。 - 生体内分解吸収性高分子の乾燥した成形体を含む再生医療用器具;
液体を貯留する液槽及び前記液槽に狭持する構造又は凹溝及び凸部との組み合わせによる構造である固定手段を備えたトレイ; 並びに、
前記再生医療用器具及びトレイを密封した包材を含み、
前記再生医療用器具、前記トレイ、並びに、前記包材は滅菌されたものである再生医療用器具の包装体を用いた再生医療用器具の処理方法であって、
(i) 前記包材を除去する工程; 及び
(ii) 前記トレイの液槽に液体を注ぎ、前記固定手段で固定された前記再生医療用器具を、前記液体への浸漬により、軟化させることで、前記固定手段から取り外す工程を含む再生医療用器具の処理方法。
