Description
複数のワイヤを有するケーブルが設けられ、各ワイヤは対応するバネリングに取り付けられる。
上述のように、ハウジングはシールリングを露出させるための窓を有することができ、パルス発生器と連通するワイヤは窓内で対応するバネリングに取り付けられる。
一般に、図1は移植された医療電子装置パルス発生器10を示す。この装置10はこれまた移植されたリード線12により目標の組織(図示せず)へ送給される電気インパルスを発生させる。パルス発生器10はまた移植されたリード線を通しての目標の組織からの情報のためのレセプタ及びプロセッサとすることができる。
複数の導電性のバネリング40は対応する溝穴36内に位置する。バネリング40はチューブから適切な寸法に切断することができ、従って、寸法的にはリング毎に精確で一貫している。リングは移植片のために許容できる任意の適当な金属から製造することができる。
ハウジング間にシールを提供するため、ハウジング28は更にシール溝96を画定し、複数のワッシャシール98をその中に位置させることができる。このようなワッシャシール98は任意の適当な材料から形成することができる。
Claims (12)
- 医療電子装置のための導電性経路において、
複数の積み重ね可能なモールド成形された非導電性のハウジングであって、ハウジングの各々が隣接するハウジングのボアと整合できる貫通するボアを有し、当該隣接するハウジングが、共働して、離間する溝穴を画定するような、複数の積み重ね可能なモールド成形された非導電性のハウジングと;
対応する上記溝穴内に各々位置する複数の導電性のバネリングと;
対応する上記バネリング内に各々位置する複数の導電性のガーターバネと;
上記隣接するハウジングを互いに着脱自在に保持するスナップ取り付け具と;
対応する上記バネリングに各々取り付けられた複数のワイヤを有するケーブルと;
を有することを特徴とする導電性経路。 - 上記ハウジングの各々が整合可能な穴を有し、上記経路が更に上記ハウジングの穴を整合させるためのピンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路。
- 上記隣接するハウジングが更に、共働して、シール溝を画定し、上記経路が更に、対応する上記シール溝内に各々位置する複数のワッシャシールを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路。
- 上記ハウジングが上記バネリングを露出させる窓を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路。
- 上記ワイヤが上記窓内で対応する上記バネリングに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の経路。
- 上記スナップ取り付け具が上記各隣接するハウジングの重なる円周方向部分を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の経路。
- 医療電子装置のための導電性経路において、
ヘッダと;
上記ヘッダ内に位置する複数の積み重ね可能なモールド成形された非導電性のハウジングであって、ハウジングの各々が隣接するハウジングのボアと整合できる貫通するボアを有し、当該隣接するハウジングが、共働して、離間する溝穴を画定するような、複数の積み重ね可能なモールド成形された非導電性のハウジングと;
対応する上記溝穴内に各々位置する複数の導電性のバネリングと;
対応する上記バネリング内に各々位置する複数の導電性のガーターバネと;
対応する上記バネリングに各々取り付けられた複数のワイヤを有するケーブルと;
上記ハウジングのボアにより受け入れられることができるロッドであって、上記離間したバネ用溝穴に対応する複数の離間した電気端子を備えたロッド、を有するリード線と;
上記隣接するハウジングを互いに着脱自在に保持するスナップ取り付け具と;
対応する上記ロッドの端子とバネとの間の電気的な接続をした状態で、上記ボア内で適所に上記ロッドを着脱自在に保持するラッチと;
を有することを特徴とする導電性経路。 - 上記ハウジングの各々が整合可能な穴を有し、上記経路が更に上記ハウジングの穴を整合させるためのピンを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の経路。
- 上記隣接するハウジングが更に、共働して、シール溝を画定し、上記経路が更に、対応する上記シール溝内に各々位置する複数のワッシャシールを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の経路。
- 上記ハウジングが上記バネリングを露出させる窓を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の経路。
- 上記ワイヤが上記窓内で対応する上記バネリングに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の経路。
- 上記スナップ取り付け具が上記各隣接するハウジングの重なる円周方向部分を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の経路。
