Claims (2)
- 色素担持半導体層及び前記色素担持半導体層に接触している電解液層からなる太陽電池機能層と、
互いに間隔をおいて対向し且つ前記太陽電池機能層の少なくとも1部を挟んで各々がこれに接触しているアノード電極層及びカソード電極層と、
前記アノード電極層を覆う保護膜層と、
前記色素担持半導体層を支持するアノード基板と
前記カソード電極層を支持するカソード基板と、からなる色素増感型太陽電池であって、
前記アノード電極層が均一に分布した複数の開口を有し且つ前記アノード基板から離間して前記色素担持半導体層に包埋され、
前記開口の幅が前記色素担持半導体層の電子拡散長以下であり、
前記アノード電極層が前記電解液層に接触していることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 前記開口の幅は、10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の色素増感型太陽電池。
