【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、薬液を予め充填、保管しておき使用時に包装から取り出して直ぐに使用する容器兼用注射器において、使用時に容器兼用注射器のシリンダの後端部に嵌着されている指掛用の本体グリップに装着して使用する補助グリップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
前記容器兼用注射器は、病医院内において煩雑な操作をすることなく、包装から取り出して直ぐに使用できるので、利便性に優れ、医師や看護婦の作業の軽減に大変に役立ち、このため、多くの病医院で採用されるようになって来ている。
従来の容器兼用注射器は、ガラス製の円筒状のシリンダの先端と後端に、注射針を取り付ける筒先部とフィンガーグリップ(本体グリップ)とを、それぞれ、合成樹脂で作製して嵌着することにより、前記シリンダの素材であるガラスの医薬品に対する安全性を最大限に利用すると共に、その弱点であるガラスの破損のし易さを、前記シリンダの両端の弾力性を有する合成樹脂製の部品(筒先、本体グリップ)で補っている。

特に、本体グリップは、容器兼用注射器の滅菌、薬液充填、組立、包装等の作業の際、ガラス製シリンダの端面を破損から守りながら整列や機械での搬送、位置決め等の工程に重要な役割を果たしている。しかし、それらの工程の中で容器兼用注射器のハンドリングに必要なスペース、作業の安定性、包装の大きさ等の点を考慮して、本体グリップは、その形状や寸法を限られた範囲のものに定められ、特に寸法はあまり大きくできない制限がある。

容器兼用注射器のシリンダに設けたフィンガーグリップの大きさが小さいと、該容器兼用注射器を使用する際、使用者の指が本体グリップに十分に引っ掛けるかけることができず、安定した状態で容器兼用注射器を支持して注射することができないおそれがあるので、使用時に、シリンダに設けた本体グリップに対し、別に用意した本体グリップより大きな補助グリップを装着して注射することが提案され、そのような補助グリップが、例えば、特許第2814983号公報、特開平8−731号公報、登録実用新案第3006419号公報等により知られている。

これらの公報に記載されている補助グリップは、いずれも、容器兼用注射器のシリンダと一体に形成された本体グリップに装着して使用するものであり、そのフランジ部の外形は、前記シリンダの直径方向の両側に突出した指掛部を長径とし、該指掛部と直角な方向の部分を短径とした楕円形状、矩形状、もしくはそれらに近い方向性を有する形状に形成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般に、病医院では、医師や看護婦が注射をする際、容器兼用注射器の筒先に取り付けた注射針の刃先を確認して、その刃面を上に向けた位置で注射をしているが、そのときには、フィンガーグリップ(補助グリップ)の指掛部の位置が注射のし易い都合の良い位置になっていなければならない。
しかしながら、前記のように補助グリップが方向性を有する形状に形成されていると、補助グリップを容器兼用注射器のシリンダの本体グリップに無造作に装着した場合、補助グリップの指掛部の位置が、注射針の刃面を上に向けた状態で注射に都合の良い位置になるとは限らない。

このため、医師や看護婦は、容器兼用注射器に従来の補助グリップを使用して注射をする際には、常に、注射針の刃面位置を確認して、その位置に指掛部もしくは指掛部に直角な方向の部分の位置が合うようにして補助グリップを本体グリップに装着するか、もしくは補助グリップを本体グリップに装着後軸回りに回転させ、指掛部やその直角な方向の部分の位置を注射針の刃面位置に合わせる操作をしなければならない。
したがって、従来の補助グリップでは、注射に際して注射針の刃面と指掛部等の位置を合わせるための無駄な作業が必要となり、円滑で能率的な注射が行えない問題があった。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、容器兼用注射器の使用時にフィンガーグリップの指掛部の指保持性が確保されると共に、注射針の刃面と指掛部等との位置合わせ作業が不要であり、注射が円滑、能率的に行える利便性を良くした容器兼用注射器の補助グリップを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記課題を解決するために、以下の点を特徴としている。
すなわち、請求項1に係る容器兼用注射器の補助グリップは、容器兼用注射器のシリンダの後端部に円筒状部を介して嵌着した本体グリップに装着して使用する補助グリップであって、外径が前記本体グリップに設けた指掛部より大径の円形に形成され、中心部に本体グリップの円筒状部を挿通する装着穴が設けられている平板状のフランジ部材と、該フランジ部材の後面に一体に結合して設けられ、前記本体グリップの指掛部を挿入する装着溝が形成されると共に、中心部に前記シリンダに挿入されるプランジャロッドの直径より大径で、前記指掛部より小径の貫通穴が設けられている装着部材と、前記フランジ部材と装着部材とに設けられて前記装着穴と装着溝と貫通穴とを側方に開口し、前記フランジ部材と装着部材との本体グリップへの着脱を許容する開放部と、該開放部を経て前記フランジ部材と装着部材が本体グリップから離脱するのを防止する係止部とを備え、前記フランジ部材と装着部材はそれらの径方向の分割面で複数に分割された分割体からなり、フランジ部材と装着部材の少なくとも一方に、前記分割面のうちの1つの特定分割面側を常時離間して前記開放部を形成するように付勢して隣接する分割体を外周側で相互に連結するヒンジが設けられると共に、前記フランジ部材と装着部材の前記本体グリップへの脱着時に、前記特定分割面側における前記開放部を開閉すべくその両側に隣接する分割体を相互に連結、解除するようにしてなる前記係止部が設けられており、前記装着溝は、前記本体グリップにおける前記円筒状部の中心を通る対角線上にある指掛部の角部間の距離と同一とされた直径の環状溝に形成されていることを特徴とする。

前記容器兼用注射器の補助グリップにおいては、使用直前に、補助グリップを、その装着溝の位置が本体グリップの指掛部の位置に合う状態にして、フランジ部材と装着部材の開放部を通して横から本体グリップに装着すると、その装着状態が係止部を介して維持される。補助グリップの本体グリップからの取り外し時は、係止部に適度の力を加えてそれを弾性変形させて開放部を開いて、補助グリップを横方向に本体グリップから脱出させる。

この容器兼用注射器の補助グリップによれば、補助グリップが本体グリップの外側に装着されて使用されるものであるので、フランジ部材によって十分な大きさの指掛部としての面積が得られると共に、補助グリップのフランジ部材の外形形状が円形に形成されているので、容器兼用注射器の注射針の刃面を注射のし易い位置に向けても、本体グリップの指掛部の方向に関係なく、補助グリップは常に指掛けのし易い状態にあって指保持性が確保されるため、注射針の刃面と指掛部との位置合わせ作業が不要であり、注射を円滑、かつ能率的に行える。

また、本体グリップの指掛部に装着したときにフランジ部材の周囲に開放部が生じないので、容器兼用注射器の注射針の刃面を注射のし易い位置においた状態で使用者が指掛けを常に良好に行える。

請求項に係る容器兼用注射器の補助グリップは、容器兼用注射器のシリンダの後端部に円筒状部を介して嵌着した本体グリップに装着して使用する補助グリップであって、外形が円形の周囲を所定間隔をあけて削り落とした多角形状の角部に円弧状部を残した形状とされ、中心部に本体グリップの円筒状部を挿通する装着穴が設けられているフランジ部材と、該フランジ部材の後面に一体に結合して設けられ、前記本体グリップの指掛部を挿入する装着溝が形成されると共に、中心部に前記シリンダに挿入されるプランジャロッドの直径より大径で、前記指掛部より小径の貫通穴が設けられている装着部材と、前記フランジ部材と装着部材とに設けられて前記装着穴と装着溝と貫通穴とを側方に開口し、前記フランジ部材と装着部材との本体グリップへの着脱を許容する開放部と、該開放部を経て前記フランジ部材と装着部材が本体グリップから離脱するのを防止する係止部とを備え、前記フランジ部材の装着穴は、前記本体グリップの円筒状部に嵌合する穴として形成され、前記係止部は、前記装着穴の開放部の内側位置において、開放部の開口寸法を前記本体グリップの円筒状部の直径寸法より小さくなるように、前記フランジ部材に開放部の両側から対向して突出させて設けた突起によって形成されると共に、該係止部の背部側には前記装着穴から延長するスリットが開放部に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする この容器兼用注射器の補助グリップによれば、スリットによって係止部に弾力性が良好に付与され、本体グリップへの着脱が容易に行え、形状も単純であり、取扱が円滑にできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る容器兼用注射器の補助グリップについて添付図面を参照して説明する。
先ず、補助グリップを装着して使用する容器兼用注射器1は、図4に示すように、ガラス製の円筒状のシリンダ2と、該シリンダ2の先端に嵌着した筒先3と、シリンダ2の後端に嵌着したフィンガーグリップ(本体グリップ)4と、シリンダ2の後端側からシリンダ2内に先端側を挿入されたプランジャロッド5とを備えている。前記筒先3は、詳細は図示しないが、その先端部が直接接着方式、ルアー・チップ方式、ルアー・ロック方式による注射針の取付部3aとなっている。

また、図示しないが、前記シリンダ2内には、その先端側と後端側に挿入された一対のゴム製のストッパの間に薬液が充填され、前記プランジャロッド5の先端部が後端側のストッパにねじ込まれて連結されている。
前記本体グリップ4は、弾力があり高温による滅菌が可能な材質の合成樹脂からなり、円筒状部4aの後端部にフランジ4bを一体に結合して構成され、前記円筒状部4aがシリンダ2の後端に嵌着して設けられている。また、本体グリップ4は、そのシリンダ2への嵌着部に細いリブ等が設けられ、適度な摩擦の付与により嵌着力を高められていると共に、前記フランジ4bの中心穴部は、前記シリンダ2の内径より僅かに小さく形成されて、前記後端側のストッパがシリンダ2外へ抜け出るのを防止している。

また、前記本体グリップ4のフランジ4bは、図5、図6に示すように、正面視で矩形状に形成され、円筒状部4a(シリンダ2)の直径方向の両側に延長した長径部が指掛部4c,4cとされ、該指掛部4c,4cに直角な部分が前記円筒状部4aに外接する円弧状の平滑面4d,4dとされている。通常、本体グリップ4のシリンダ2の周方向における嵌着位置は、前記フランジ4bにおける一対の指掛部4c,4cまたは平滑面4d,4dの一方の位置(本体グリップ4の特定位置)が、前記注射針の刃面のシリンダ2の周方向における位置(刃面位置)と位相が一致する角度位置に設定されている。

次に、容器兼用注射器1に装着して使用する第1の実施の形態に係る補助グリップ10は、合成樹脂材料で作製され、図1〜図3に示すように、外形が円形状をした平板からなるフランジ部材11と、該フランジ部材11の後面に一体に結合されて、前記容器兼用注射器1の本体グリップ4のフランジ4bが挿入される環状溝(装着溝)12を内側に形成され、かつ外形が前記フランジ部材11より小径の円形状をした装着部材13とを備えている。前記環状溝12は、その直径が前記本体グリップ4の指掛部4cの長さ寸法(正確には、本体グリップ4の円筒状部4aの中心を通る対角線上にある指掛部4c,4cの角部間の距離L(図6参照))と同一とされ、その溝幅が外周側で前記本体グリップ4のフランジ4bの幅に等しく、外周側から中心側に向けて徐々に僅かに広がる形状に形成されている。

また、前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13の中心部には、ほぼ同一直径の装着穴11aと貫通穴13aとが設けられている。前記装着穴11aの直径は、前記本体グリップ4の円筒状部4aの外径より僅かに大きくされ、また、前記貫通穴13aの直径は、容器兼用注射器1のプランジャーロッド5の外径より大きく、前記環状溝12の直径より小さく形成されていればよく、必ずしも前記装着穴11aと同一にしなくてもよい。

さらに、前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13は、それらの中心を通る直径方向の位置でそれらの軸方向に沿った分割面fで切断されて、それぞれ、一対の半円形部片(分割体)11A,11B、13A,13Bに分割されている。フランジ部材11の各半円形部片11A,11Bにおける一方の外周部(一端部)には、各半円形部片11A,11Bの当接面(分割面)f1側に凹部11b,11cを対向して形成することによってヒンジとしての薄肉部14が設けられ、該薄肉部14によって各半円形部片11A,11Bが相互に連結されている。前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13の半円形体片11A,11B、13A,13Bは、自由状態では前記薄肉部14の弾力性によって薄肉部14が設けられていない特定分割面f2側(他端部側)が開口した開放部17(図6参照)となっている。

一方、前記フランジ部材11の各半円形部片11A,11Bにおける他方の外周部には、各半円形部片11A,11Bの当接面(特定分割面)f2の近傍に位置して、一方の半円形部片11AにV字状の凹溝15が設けられ、他方の半円形部片11Bに前記凹溝15に係脱可能な係合片16が設けられている。
前記凹溝15と係合片16とで前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13の開放部17を開閉可能に連結し、補助グリップ10を本体グリップ4に装着後にそこから不用意に離脱するのを防止する係止部18を構成している。

前記係合片16は、一方の半円形部片11A側に向けて突き出した突起部16aとその反対側に延長された押圧部16bとを有し、中央部が他方の半円形部片11Bの外周部における当接面の近傍に一体に結合されている。そして、前記係合片16は、図5に示すように、各半円形部片11A,11Bの当接面が当接されたときに、前記凹溝15に前記突起部16aが突入するように常時付勢され、前記押圧部16bをその付勢力に抗して押圧すると、突起部16aを凹溝15から離脱できるようになっている。

前記補助グリップ10においては、筒先3の取付部3aに注射針を取り付けシリンダ2の後端にプランジャーロッド5を取り付けた容器兼用注射器1で注射をする際に、その注射の直前に補助グリップ10を包装から取り出し、装着溝12の位置が容器兼用注射器1の本体グリップ4のフランジ4bの位置に合う状態にして、図6に示すように、フランジ部材11と装着部材13の開放部17を通して横から本体グリップ4bに被せるようにして装着する。

その際、前記開放部17を閉じて前記特定分割面f2で半円形部片11A,11Bが当接された時点で係合片16の突起部16aが凹溝15内に突入し、その装着状態が維持される。補助グリップ10を本体グリップ4に装着した状態で容器兼用注射器1で注射が終わったときは、前記係合片16の押圧部16bを押して突起部16aを凹溝15から外して、前記半円形部片11A,11Bを薄肉部14を中心にして特定分割面f2側を分離して前記開放部17を開くと、補助グリップ10は本体グリップ4から横方向に容易に取り外すことができ、繰り返し使用が可能である。

前記実施の形態の補助グリップ10によれば、本体グリップ4の外側に装着されて使用されるものであるので、前記フランジ部材11によって十分な大きさの指掛部としての面積が得られると共に、フランジ部材11の外形形状が円形に形成されているので、容器兼用注射器1のシリンダ2を回転して注射針の刃面を注射のし易い位置(上向き位置)に向けても、本体グリップ4の指掛部4cの方向に関係なく、補助グリップ10の指掛部(フランジ部材11)が常に面積の広い指掛けのし易い状態とすることができる。

また、補助グリップ10は、本体グリップ4に装着した後は、凹溝15と係合片16との係合で前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13の各半円形体片11A,11B、13A,13Bがしっかりと閉じた状態を維持されるので、前記装着後から医師による注射時まで安定した装着状態が保証され、容器兼用注射器1の取り扱い中に不用意に脱落するのを防止することができる。
したがって、注射の際の指保持性が確保され、注射針の刃面と本体グリップ4の指掛部4cとの位置合わせ作業が不要であり、注射を円滑に、能率良く行うことができる。

なお、前記補助グリップ10は、合成樹脂材料に限らず他の材料で製作してもよいが、合成樹脂材料で製作すると、フランジ部材11の半円形部片11A,11Bを一端部でヒンジとしての薄肉部14を介して連結し、該薄肉部14の弾力性を利用して他端部側が開放される状態にされ、かつ係合片16がその突起部16aを凹溝15に突入する方向に弾力的に付勢された状態にされてなるフランジ部材11と装着部材13の各分割体11A,11B、13A,13Bを、射出成形等によって一体物の成型品として容易に製作することができる。
前記薄肉部14に代えて、薄い金属製の板バネ等をインサート成形等により各半円形部片11A,11Bに跨って埋め込むことによってヒンジを形成してもよく、同様に、係合片16を可撓性の金属片等を半円形部片11Bに埋め込んで構成してもよい。

また、前記補助グリップ10では、前記装着部材13をフランジ部材11より小径に形成したが、これに限らず、同径に形成して両者を1つの円盤状に形成してもよく、また、前記ヒンジと、凹溝15と係合片16とからなる係止部18をフランジ部材11に設けたが、これに限らず、装着部材13に設けたり、フランジ部材11と装着部材13の双方に跨って設けるようにしてもよい。
さらに、前記実施の形態の補助グリップ10は、前記フランジ部材11と装着部材13とを分割面fで分割してなる2つの分割体としての半円形部片11A,11B、13A,13Bで構成されているので、構成が簡単になって好ましいが、これに限らず、3つ以上の分割体で構成することができる。この場合、1つの特定分割面側に係止部を設け、他の分割面側において各分割体の隣接するもの同士を相互にヒンジで連結するようにする。

次に、容器兼用注射器1に装着して使用する第2の実施の形態に係る容器兼用注射器の補助グリップ20について図7〜9を参照して説明する。
前記補助グリップ20は、合成樹脂材料で作製され、図7に示すように、外形が円形状をした平板からなるフランジ部材21と、該フランジ部材21の後面に一体に結合されて、前記容器兼用注射器1の本体グリップ4のフランジ4bが挿入される装着溝22を内側に形成した外径がフランジ部材21と同径の円形状の装着部材23とを備えており、全体として1つの円盤状に形成されている。

前記装着溝22は、正面視で矩形状に形成され、その長辺部の長さが前記本体グリップ4の指掛部4cの最大長さ寸法と同一とされ、その短辺部の長さが本体グリップ4の平滑面4dの最大幅寸法と同一とされ、本体グリップ4の各指掛部4c,4cと一方の平滑面4dとに対し5点で外接するようになっている。また、前記装着溝22の溝幅は、全体に平行であって、前記本体グリップ4のフランジ4bの厚さより僅かに大きく設定されている。
また、前記フランジ部材21と装着部材23の中心部には、装着穴21aと貫通穴23aとが設けられている。前記装着穴21aの直径は、前記本体グリップ4の円筒状部4aの外径より僅かに大きくされ、また、前記貫通穴23aの直径は、容器兼用注射器1のプランジャーロッド5の外径より大きく、前記装着溝22の短辺部の寸法より小さく形成されている。
