Description
Claims (3)
- 複数のサブピクセルが2次元格子状に配列されたピクセルを複数備えた表示画素部と、
前記複数のサブピクセルを個々に駆動する複数の画素スイッチと、
該複数の画素スイッチのうちの縦横いずれかひとつの方向に沿って配列されている一連の画素スイッチによって構成される画素スイッチ群が接続されている走査線とを備え、
前記画素スイッチ群が前記走査線を挟むように対向して配置され、
前記走査線と交差するように配置されている複数の信号線を更に有し、サブピクセルの下を通る信号線とサブピクセル端を通る信号線とが等間隔に配置されている
表示装置。 - 前記表示画素部における画素表示を行うための画素電極を更に有し、
前記画素電極は、前記画素スイッチ群の配列方向と交差する方向の中間部分が屈曲した屈曲構造を有し、
前記信号線は前記画素電極と同様の屈曲構造を有する
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示画素部における画素表示を行うための画素電極と、
前記画素電極と並んで形成されている共通電極とを更に備え、
前記画素電極と前記共通電極の間に前記画素スイッチ群の配列方向に沿った横方向の電界を生じさせる横電界モードで作動する
請求項1に記載の表示装置。
